My case was relatively long due to COVID-19, but the Le & Kittleson team was able to make things possible whilst giving transparent consultations. One thing I would like to see better in the future for improvement would be the need to follow-up more with their clients rather than having to reach out so often (monthly basis). With all the positive reviews I can’t help but wonder if I went to a different office for help. I went out of my way from Seattle to this office and was turned away in 5 min. - Le couldn’t be bothered with my case since I hadn’t yet scheduled surgery - something that could have been discussed ahead of time. Then I went out of my way to follow up on my shoulder scans and, without even asking, my physician recommended surgery so I immediately followed up with Le’s office. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I asked her to text me a fax number to forward documentation to since I didn’t have a pen on hand. I asked them kindly to confirm if and when they receive the documents. A week went by and tried to call and text asking if it was received and no response. I’m in real pain and my mental and financial well being have been seriously altered by the City of Seattle but I guess my case isn’t worth the time of this office. In all professionalism they could have simply stated they weren’t really interested in my case to begin with.

My mom recently had personal injury case where the insurance companies were trying to have her settle for an amount that wouldn't even cover her medical bills and totaled vehicle.
