I was victim to a hit and run accident a few years ago. My car was totaled and I suffered lower back and ankle injuries. In 2018, my daughter and I were involved in accident that a DUI driver ran the red light on section of Elk Grove Florin and Calvin around 9PM. My minivan turned 180 degrees and totally lost and we felt luckily to survive after the accident with my broken right rib. We made a claim against the DUI driver and then made a claim under my insurance to get us a full coverage of $100,000 after the DUI driver’s coverage had been exhausted.
