I have used Leason Ellis since 2011 to build a portfolio of patents for our technology startup. I have found their advice to be invaluable and their execution to be exemplary. We have been granted every patent we have applied for which I see as a testament to both their expertise and diligence in researching prior art. On more than one occasion, they have gone above and beyond to insure that we didn't miss filing deadlines due to our own lack of attention. They aren't inexpensive but I believe we get the service we pay for. I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about securing patent rights to their inventions.

We are a plastics manufacturing company located in NJ with 250 employees. We have been working with Leason Ellis for several years with their patent and trademark groups. They have been very professional and attentive to our requirements. We have been successful in obtaining several parents that seemed like they would be long shots. I would highly recommend Leason Ellis.

Shady law firm lacks ethics. They filed false trademark infringement claims with no basis. Uninformed lawyers shoot first and aim second. I would not trust any business to them as you never know if it will actually hold up since they don't do proper due diligence. Keyi xu is the lawyer from this firm that filed false claims.

My business partner and I started a new venture which required a trademark and patent. We could not be happier with the service Leason Ellis team provided for us. We had a few initial conference calls, and then were invited to the office to meet with Cameron and a few other people. Everyone was so professional, and explained everything to us in detail. They really wanted to make sure we understood the process and of course timing. We then received follow up emails, when they heard back from patent office and always included us and explained next steps. Great team!!!!

My company had a wonderful experience working with the team at Leason Ellis. Jordan and Cameron spent a lot of time sitting with us and describing how the trademark and patent process works. The team was very responsive and always gave us notice when a regulatory deadline was approachig so that we didnt miss it. The firm does not honor their written agreements. I had a written agreement with the firm for service at a set payment amount and the firm did not honor the commitment. Partner Schwimmer is rude, arrogant, and sarcastic. I would not recommend retaining this firm.

i would recommence that if you need and attorney in white plains NY use someone else. Did not complete my tasks
