This law office doesn't know basic Indiana codes they are unprofessional and ignorant to how the law works.

Phil Miller is the best attorney hands down in Elkhart County. He was my defense attorney in a felony charge that was leveled against me. His integrity, experience, expertise and his understanding of criminal law and trial rules provided such a strong defense that the lies that were levied against me could not stand and lead a jury to come back with a not guilty verdict. I can not express my gratitude for him and his staff enough. They never wavered in my defense and from day one were on my side and worked incredibly hard and long hours. The best attorney in Indiana. He helped me win a trial criminal case and even custody of my 2 children even though I'm a man with a very weak case. I definitely recommend Mr. Leatherman to anyone that is looking for an excellent attorney.

This was the wrong attorney and can not figure out how to delete it... Although he did represent someone I know so I gave him a 3 star!!!!
