Do not waste your money....The office manager/Paralegal named Ivette is rude....these lawyers forget that you need to hire good, professional people on the phone that makes the customer want to give you their money. If the front desk sucks than your whole team is in jeopardy, I as the example that couldn't get through the rude front desk. Hire better people if you want new cases or stay with what you got but your never going to grow. People go elsewhere!
