I made an appointment and that was hard in itself to get a hold of anyone. Then the day finally came and I didn’t hear back. I believe it was like 2 days later I got a voicemail and I called back and received no call back.

Got ghosted by this office twice. Accepted my case, signed paperwork and all. After the first time they stopped engaging I left a review and was reached out to, Mr. Lee stated they were actively negotiating my case. Over a year has gone by, no contact at all. For all I know they won my case and just kept the money 🤷‍♂️

I'm giving one star because I have called since Dec 30, 2025 6 times. I was told I was gonna receive an intake package in my email. I keep following up to get the intake package. I never received it. I have checked spam folders. The documents I never received them. How can a lawyer be successful if the team are not doing there job. During my last call my email was verified and it was correct.

He took my case, gave me instructions on filing a complaint with the state, but didnt provide me assistance with any questions I had once the investigation began. My calls were left unanswered unless I threw a fit. The lack of communication is frustrating. I do not recommend LEE LAW.

I found this law firm for a friend months ago and decided to utilize them for myself due to their ratings with Martindale-Hubbell and AVVO. I called and spoke with a woman. Later in the day I was provided with an intake link by Elimer. Three days later I followed up with an email stating how I completed the intake and also received a Notice of Right to Sue. I called the next day and Elimer said he couldn't find my intake. I spelled my name and he had it written down wrong so I spelled it again. He put me on hold for a time saying he was going to speak with the lawyer to see if he was available for the consultation. He said that he would be available at 2:30p or 3:00p. So I told him 2:30p would work. It is currently 3:10p and there's been no response or call. I do believe there is a specific selection process due to the reviews left on here, that is simply a belief. My recommendation is to contact as many law firms possible and not be reliant on just one. Best of luck to you all. Update: I am just seeing the law office's response to my review on 10/10/2025. Allow me to provide an accurate response. On 08/22 I completed the intake. On 08/25 I followed up with an email stating that I completed the intake and was hoping to book a consultation. On 08/26 I called the law office at 11:35a EST and the duration of the call lasted 17 mins and 3 seconds. I wrote the review above on 09/02. And did NOT receive a response via email or phone at all from Lee Law until 09/24. I have screenshots of all communication and lack thereof. As previously stated, call as many law firms as possible to find the best representation for you instead of relying on just one.
