It's incredible how many positive reviews I've read about this group of lawyers, but my experience with them has been catastrophic. My accident happened on January 31, 2024, and I hired attorney Andrew R. Smith. Month after month, I called to check on my case, but my lawyer was never available. The receptionist or secretary would try to give me some explanation, but the lawyer was always busy, and I never received any concrete updates on the progress of my case. In October, the secretary hinted that the lawyer was considering transferring the case to another attorney, but he didn't. I still never received a call, an email, a message—nothing. Every month passed, and I called again for nothing. On my last call this past January 25, only the receptionist answered because even the lawyer's secretary couldn't take my call. I asked them to please call me back, but they never did. Instead, they sent me a letter to my home stating their decision to discontinue my case without any concrete explanation. It's not easy. Having had me on the case for almost a year, wasting my time and practically losing it, in my opinion, demonstrates their incompetence and lack of professionalism. It's a shame; now I have to start from scratch. I hope other clients don't suffer this great disappointment. I have no other way to express what I'm feeling; this is the only way I found. I wish you success in all your cases, because your clients are, of course, the reason lawyers exist.
