I just got done with a divorce at the end of last year. Felt like it took forever. I had a lawyer from this office represent me and he was thorough but had so much on his plate. Mistakes were constantly made by the paralegal. I had to repeat myself over and over and it still was not done properly. I was charged for all the changes when it wasnt done correctly the first time I ask and they dont ask clarifying questions when they misunderstood me which lead to more mistakes. The lawyers at this office take too much on and don't give their clients enough time. I feel like everything was done last minute and not done correctly so I signed just to be done but there were still errors and the deadlines are pushed on with not enough time to make corrections. This office also uses older methods that delay things and take longer. With all that being said I will not ever use this office again. They shouldn't take more than they can chew. No refunds on deposit if you change your mind. Should have listen to the 2-3 star reviews. Enter at your own risk. Hope this helps someone.

Once again I’m stuck with Justin Olsen lying to me and never returning calls. Never set up a payment arrangement with them as they will take money without authorization. I had to report them to my bank and stop payment. Then this awful woman who calls herself the bookkeeper called me at 8 am yelling at me to pay. Doesn’t even know what for or the situation. They are a joke of a law firm. Hiring my own attorney so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. 9/03/25 UPDATE The law firm has changed its name to hide from their illegal activities And Justin Olsen is being sued currently. They are not Legacy legal group in Blackfoot phone number is the same address is the same just hiding behind the name. Managing partner is Jeromy PHARIS . Yes, that’s spelled correctly and their office manager is Devona. Don’t do business with them!!! You can Google Justin Olsen and read all about how he and this firm is being sued!

Trust the negative reviews, went to Justin for help as I heard he was the best in town. However upon experiencing him first hand, he was unprofessional, unethical, angry, rude and lacked transparency. Won't answer direct questions, lots of smoke and mirrors, word salad, and deflection. Gets angry at you for just wanting to understand your case and asking basic questions. Won't fight for you and can't even remember basic conversations you had about your case. Makes wild accusations about you as a client when he doesn't even know you from more then one brief encounter. Save yourself the hassle if you need help, he won't fight for you (bare minimum effort). I would go anywhere but here in the future for legal assistance or advice. From what I gather from my experience with him and his office, it felt more like a con game then genuine legal assistance. Biggest problem was that Justin couldn't care less about his clients, and feels free to make baseless and deaming comments and insults to your face after you paid him 5k for his legal assistance and not his personal opinions. It seems to me it was more about getting the money and taking the easy route then providing the best results for my case. Justin would put on a charm offense when he wanted to push forward his own agenda but otherwise I found him to be rude and unprofessional and not invested in his clients best interest or well-being whatsoever. Protect your peace and sanity, stay far away from this office and these people.

In 2017 I hired ( and paid) Jeromy Pharis for a custody revision. The case was easily won as the respondent defaulted immediately, therefore granting me full custody of my child. Fast forward to 2023, come to find out that Jeromy Pharis had never sent in the proper documentation for a signature from the judge for a final judgement of this case. He had no remorse for his wrongdoing and and lacked any accountability. If you are looking for any kind of representation I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Jeremy Pharis was AWSOME!! I had a bill that protection one/ADT Kept sending me had Mr. pharis call he did me a big BIG service talked respectfully to them..got them to close Alarm monitoring acc they said I closed Back in July but they kept billing me! I would 100% use them for legal needs They are gift from god..😍😊🤗 Thank you, thank you

Will not recommend. The judicial system is corrupt.i hope that every penny you got from me makes you miserable. Every penny I earn is made honestly.

Paid 2000$ for a back child support order almost 2 years ago, never got a call back, update, or back child support order. Would not recommend.

Oleson was responsive and provided professional service in assisting with a civil matter. He was able to get quick resolution with clear communication regarding fees and realistic expectations. I would recommend him 100%.

Absolutely horrible didn’t stay in contact and was mad when I called and had questions pls go to another lawyer office this one will use you!!

If you value your time please i beg you to stay away from this office. You will spend an unreasonable time trying to get a hold of the right person. They will take a message with the promise of returning your calls and will forget about it. The secretary in charge of explaining your case and billing is incredibly rude. If you need to spend money on a law office at least spend it where they will treat you and your time with respect! If i could've given this review zero or negative stars i would have.

Not my best experience here. Out of 2 sizes of cups and other items with no compensation for the inconvenience. The prices we more than listed and they didn't honor the price advertised. Slow to get food. Our food was cold when it arrived.

I had a great experience with Justin!! He made time to meet with me the same day I called. He did an excellent job for me!! If your looking for a great attorney most definitely give him a call!!
