Great company until you need to cancel or place account on hold. I have worked with Legacy Legal on and off for a few years. Even when their rates were $59 a month. So I join up again in January of 2018- wasn't thrilled about the rates going up, but signed up anyways. After not seeing results and having state license department question my credit disputes for my employer I decided to cancel my account. I was talked into placing my account on hold. Ok Cool! until you FORGET (because life happens) to call to place your account on hold for another 3 months (sales tactic) and then get charged. I called this morning 5-6 times at 9am on the dot until 9:15am and no one answered- operator stated no agents available and the call was immediately disconnected. So I emailed them, at 5pm I had still NOT heard a response. So I had to call in again. Finally spoke to someone, obviously I'm upset that I had a missed call to my work phone number from them, but I left my personal cell # on the voicemail as a call back number. Do you think I got a call to my cell or a response to my email. Absolutely not. I was offered to send dispute letters wen I actually got a hold of someone. At this point for what!? I had not seen any movement to my credit file, except a deletion I DID ON MY OWN during the 3 months my account was on hold. I was told I couldn't get a refund. So you're keeping my $79 for what exactly? Come to find out, back in July I was charged a $79 fee, apparently for not calling in on time to place my account on hold for another 3 months. I read the email and it NEVER stated to call in or you would get charged, it said if you "DIDN'T call in your account may be cancelled" which I wanted to do actually. Total opposite of what they tell you on the phone. So here I am needing to print out a document to mail it in to their office to actually cancel and close my account. NEVER AGAIN with this company.

I don't recommend using Legacy, as they take their time, of course on purpose before they do anything to your account, since you are paying them monthly. Do not expect any fast results if you get any at all. Plus they will rip you off of an extra payment, after requesting to cancel, stating they want you to send a letter thru the mail, which is another stall tactic to get more money. Who sends in written requests in this day and time, their a joke!!!

Very good customer service, with Legacy Legal’s guidence my credit score when from 550 to 714, I felt that I had a strong Legal team on my side in this credit game. I had to stop the service for now, but when the time come again, I will call on Legcy Legal’s services. Thank You Legacy Legal🙂.

Very helpful staff. Every time I call, they have someone ready to assist me with any question of concern. My negative accounts were erased and I feel like I can start over again. Building is important and I wouldn’t have done it without the legacy legal team. Thank you !

I looked up Legacy Legal up online and just decided to go with them with hopes they could help me repair my credit. I've tried others in the past to no avail. My credit score was semi average around 600's when I connected with Legacy Legal. I was really impressed with the organized website and system they have in place for all documents entry and tracking. The customer service was phenomenal, no struggle getting a hold of their company, which boosted my confidence and trust as we started the process. I didn't wait long to get them everything they needed and they went to work. Boy was I surprised, after starting in November of 2016 around 600's, by February of 2017 my credit score jumped to 800's. Legacy Legal reported what was removed and repaired. I was elated beyond belief and can not say enough about this company. If you are having any reservations at all, Stop......sign up now.....and allow this company to help you get back on track. Thank you Legal Legacy!

Amazing customer services the staff are so nice and WANT to help you in anyway they can.. I love how it was explained to me when I asked about the process and how successful they are, one of the Paralegals said "I would say 95% of my clients are happy with the works that's been performed and then you have 5% of people that just aren't happy with anything." Haha I love that because it's real and so true, I'm sure everyone knows a person like that. I really didn't know if or how much they could really help me, but I was so happily surprised they helped me get my credit cleared up enough to by my first home! They were able to removed a lot of things I didn't think could be taken off, and they helped teach me how to build my credit and get my scores up, I was in the 500's and ended up with a 732 when I bought my house! I can't say enough good things about Legacy Legal, they truly helped me! I have and will continue to refer friends and family to them. I love the lifetime membership they have too, I really hope I don't need their help again but if I ever do I know they will help me in anyway they can!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

They did a great job! I was able to refi my car and get into the house I've been wanting. I really didn't think it was possible to get my credit back up, but they did it and taught me how to play the game to keep it there. THANK YOU so much Legacy!!!

Given the nature of this service, I obviously will have to leave a lot of the details about my particular experience with them out because they are personal. Long story short, however, I was panicking over being declined for an auto loan and subsequently uncovering much lower scores on Credit Karma than what my FICO score through Discover shows. I called these guys, and one of the paralegals was so helpful that I soon realized my situation was not as dire as I so quickly assumed. I was able to easily resolve my situation without going through the credit repair process. I would definitely use Legacy Legal if and when I do need to go through that process though! They do not hard sell! They seem to genuinely care about some of the unjust situations that people are put in by the credit reporting bureaus. I don't write a lot of these reviews, but I felt so bad that they were so helpful and I didn't even purchase their full services. So I figured the least I could do is let people know they are legitimate because I was definitely skeptical when I initially found them on a Google search as I have never used a service like this before and I imagine many of them are scams.
