If i can rate this 0 i would, I am extremely disappointed with who ever followed up with me about my application from this practice. I applied for assistance and the lady that called me back told me that they couldn't help me due to a conflict of interest with zero explanation. When I told her I wasn't understanding where the conflict of interest was, as i was genuinely confused, she proceeded to speak to me with aggravation as thou I should know Not to ask as soon as I hear conflict of interest. I must have made it worst for her when i asked to speak to someone else the moment i felt uncomfortable with her and i did not feel we were understanding each other. She was extremely rude, defensive and with very little patience. My anxiety is still at an all time high due to this. People that come to these practices are clearly seeking help because their lives are already hard, then they are met with insensitive people like this clerk that seems to be bothered by doing her job. Despite of whether or not you are able to service the person, it is still their job and responsibility to uphold a level of professionalism. Just because you are calling me Ma'am doesn't take away from your rudeness, lack of empathy and patience that was given to me during my time in need over the phone. I hope that this will be read and some changes are made. No one going through a hard time in life already deserves that kind of treatment. Shame on your Clerk.

Very good service and attention

They had me on hold for 13 minutes and we talk for 60 second and then transfer me to legal aid they don't help try to explain my situations and the reception just brush me off and gave me legal aid phone number. wow

Called 2 times left messages. Nothing

Now you have to belong to the LGBT community in order to get help. I never felt so discriminated. I Had always shown my respect and acceptance to all members of the LGBT community, but this is very disappointing....

Better if u met before court not at court

3 separate intake appointments over the course of a week. A lawyer calls today and spends less than 5 minutes with me. He had clearly not read any of the intake information, and then he said, I don't think this is a case we can take, but let me give you a number to lodge a discrimination complaint. What?! He kept saying it wasn't legal for me to smoke in my own apartment even though the complex allows it and so does the lease as long as it doesn't disrupt the "peacable enjoyment of others." Complete waste of time. I am literally just looking for a housing attorney. I'd even be willing to pay.

No help at all

Never had a problem they always helped me and been very successful With everything I have done so I suggest everybody go there first and you should be fine

The Supervising Attorney was very helpful , but the assigned attorney did nit do her best. Im a minority Veteran- she really did not care.

I called at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, provided my basic info and my rental question. Was told I'd be contacted. I never expected it would be within a half hour! An attorney called and clearly stated the answers to my questions. Very, very satisfied for such timely, professional FREE legal service. THANK YOU.
