Gina has been very helpful with our family trust. We started with a different firm but our attorney passed away before completing recording the trust as owner of two properties in two counties. Gina took care of both of those filings. Later, my wife passed away and we needed to remove her as a trustee for both properties. Again, Gina filed the updates with both counties. I feel that I can trust her guidance, and that she could help you as well.

I can't possibly say enough about how thankful and pleased I am with Gina and her office. We were up against a timeline that only alloted roughly 45 days to execute a trust due to dementia induced mental incapacity. Coupled with the fact that the trust was primarily written to be executed when the trustee passed away, it was beginning to look like a large amount of assets would be lost. Gina examined all of the trust documents thoroughly, and came up with the correct gameplan to explain and execute the series of events that needed to occur. We couldn't have met our deadlines without her assistance in the matter. When it looked like there was no hope in sight, Gina and her team were definitively the light at the end of the tunnel. If what you need is within her scope, look no further, because she is the one you need.

I enjoyed working with Leguria Law. They are very competent, fairly priced, easy to talk to.
