My wife and I wanted to revise our existing living trust. We, like many retired folks here in Texas, have a home, an IRA, kids and grandkids in the area. After being very confident with our knowledge on the subject, we met with Leigh for this purpose and were astounded by what we didn't know we didn't know. To make what could be a very long story short, our trust grew from a one half inch binder to 4 full binders of documents covering all aspects of our estate planning, trusts, wills, powers of attorney and comprehensive health care directives. Leigh and her team were professional, polite and had very direct answers for our many questions. The result, in addition to the impressive array of documents, was a turn-key checklist to get all the property / assets / retirement accounts, etc., properly organized and titled so when that day comes, the transition for the surviving spouse, kids and grandkids will be as smooth as possible in that sad time. Our experience was very satisfying and gave us a very strong sense of relief looking to the future. Well done.

The staff at Leigh Hilton's office are very professional and helpful. My attorney, Leo Alberigi, was compassionate, thoughtful and very helpful in getting my late father's will through probate in a very efficient manner. He answered all my questions and guided me through what could have been a very painful process. Mary Hurt, the probate clerk was very prompt and meticulous in her help guiding me through the whole process as well. I could not have done this without them. I highly recommend using Leigh Hilton if you are going trough probate.
