Leighton Panoff Law did an amazing job of representing me when I was injured in an accident and required surgery and months of physical therapy. I did not have to fear the medical bills that were piling up. My attorney called me himself multiple times to explain the progression of my case. His team was also very attentive and answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. I always felt safe with them and trusted their decisions. They checked in with me after surgery and then after physical therapy appointments. I truly felt like a human to them and not a case number. I highly recommend them if you are injured and need to be financially protected!

Carmen Nunn is not pleasant, and doesn’t know how the law works even though she acts like she is an attorney - it took me too long to finally realize she was a paralegal and shut my mother’s case down without any consideration. She didn’t know enough to know that I or my mom’s husband could continue the case through power of attorney or a limited claims appointment. She had the audacity to tell me the case was already closed because my mother hadn’t responded in one month. Little did she know my mother passed away a week ago and the months prior she was experiencing memory loss from cancer. Hey, way to go Carmen!! To the partners - why don’t you get on a call with her and see how aggressive she is….better yet listen to the call since you record them all….

I felt compelled to leave a review for this law firm and lawyer, Max Panoff. My father had passed away due to negligence from a memory care facility. I called Leighton law, and they opened up a file. However, within 90 days they came back and told me that they would not be able to work on this file because they felt there wasn't enough substantial evidence proving wrongful death or wrongdoing in part of the memory care facility. Even though I provided substantial medical records as well as substantial evidence and information that substantiated the claim that the memory care facility was at fault. The medical records in itself showed that there were substantial injuries due to traumatic events that occurred. Still, they declined to represent my father. They simply did not want to be bothered working on a case that wasn't in their minds a substantial enough amount they would likely receive, but boy, were they wrong! However, we luckily found another law firm, Senior Justice Law, and not only did they take the case, but they won the case with a substantial settlement. I highly recommend senior Justice Law Firm and highly do not recommend Leighton Law.

I would definitely recommend this firm. I had an accident a few months ago, I was hit by a car, I ended up in the hospital so I chose the firm to represent me. It was the best decision I made. They resolved my case in less time than expected. They are professional , diligent, fast and responsive, as well as caring with my situation. They made this process less traumatic and easier for me and my wife. We are very thankful especially with the attorney Max N. Panoff as he was very comprehensive, intuitive, respectful and nice. We felt as a part of a great team and very well represented.

These people know what they are doing. Max Panoff is straight forward & aggressive when it comes to his cases. He was great at staying in touch with me with whenever i needed him to answer my millions of questions and he does so promptly, and professionally.
