I recently had this Law Firm assist me in a wrongful death case of a very dear loved one. I must say Max and his entire team, to include Carmen ,Elsa ,Mike and Maylyn,each handled the entire process with the utmost compassion.This was a very difficult time for both my son and I and the team always showed us a great amount of empathy.They were able to obtain a favorable outcome for us.We highly recommend their firm to anyone who unfortunately finds themselves in the same situation we found ourselves in

People always say 'third times a charm' well I never believed it until I contacted Leighton Law and spoke with Mike. I told him my story and within a few days I was contacted and said yes, they would handle my case. There were many calls with Max, Mike, Carmen and Vanessa, I can't say enough good words about all of these folks and everyone in the background that I did not speak with. I received a call this morning from Max and that 'we' had won! Something that I thought would never happen, but they fought tooth and nail for! I can't thank them enough for this and will always be indebted to them! If you ever need an attorney please call them first, you won't regret it!!!

I suffered from a Slip & Fall at a Motel ( DAYS Inn) and I was going back and forth this WHOLE time since July in & out the Dr's office. I continuously with a HEAD INJURY have been asked to drive back & forth from NC to continuously see neurologist, Florida pain & ortho, pcp, and etc in Orlando. I was never communicated on time and as promised about my case and I missed a few calls from them due to my current personal situations and the economy we all are trying to survive which I made perfectly clear DAY 1 & they had a new person I've never worked with Mike D who was combative and challenging everytime we spoke and I didnt like it. They contacted me to tell me they didnt do anything at all and will not represent me & They are just unprofessional and do not give a 2 cents about anybody they represent nor do they care about anything but the money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GIVE THEM A CHANCE

I had a very disappointing experience with Elsa, the intake specialist at this attorney's office. From the beginning of the call, I felt a complete lack of empathy or compassion for my situation. Instead of listening and trying to understand the circumstances, her questions and comments felt dismissive. She then transferred me to another person who had a similar attitude. Instead of calling me back after speaking with the attorney and explaining why they cannot take my case, they texted me with referral information. I left the conversation feeling more discouraged than when I called- like my case was being judged before it was even understood. When someone reaches out to a law office- especially in vulnerable circumstances- they deserve to be met with respect, patience, and at the very least, basic human understanding. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Leighton Panoff Law.

I feel fate, guided me in finding Max Panoff, the greatest, most knowledgeable, dedicated to win attorney, with a lot of heart, that he shared with me to the highest level of the law, in winning my case. Max always kept me up to date the entire time of the process of my case. We became a team, with all of the back and forth communication with each other. As Clint Eastwood would say, "Max, made my day!", and I will never forget what he did, in getting JUSTICES for my beautiful wife, Ilia.Thank you Max, and I will never forget you.

My mom and I had the displeasure of talking with Cynthia Nunn from Leighton Law to discuss going after Orlando Health for their negligence in treating my dad's cancer, which led to his passing. Not only did she make us relive our nightmarish story that we had already submitted online, she wasted our time by shutting us down immediately. If she was going to say no, why make us relive the trauma? To add insult to injury, she was actually defending the negligent doctors in question and straight up told us that our loved one was going to die anyway. Whether that was true or not, you do not just say that so nonchalantly to other people. You would not like that if someone said that about your dad. I am almost glad they did not take our case because I would rather deal with the devil himself than deal with Cynthia and Leighton Law after the added emotional damage she did to us.

There was no clarity or sincerity in the case; I believe they lack professional ethics. I recommend thinking twice before entrusting your case to them.

Hurdles always arise in our lives and we need to learn how to jump over them. It’s not easy, but with the right people coaching and rooting you on, it makes those hurdles able to be glided over. One of the best decisions my wife and I made was to work with Max and John. Before we went forward in our case, they sat down with us and truthfully told us what to expect moving forward. They didn’t lead us in the wrong direction. They made sure we were taken care of during the whole process. They made sure they had all the facts before rushing in and making any decisions. They made us feel comfortable with the process. Everyone at Leighton Law became like family to us. Whenever we had questions, they answered them graciously and didn’t make us feel dumb for asking the questions. At times when we had to talk to with Max, I felt like I was talking to my brother and not a lawyer. This firm is amazing, truthful caring honest. They were there ever step of the way. They were willing to listen to me. Any question i had they were there . I’m great-full for all your hard work and i appreciate it more then words can say. There ethic understanding,  compassion has a big place in my heart.
