Great experience. The staff & lawyers are very professional and explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and I felt very comfortable talking with them.

Easy to deal with, and very professional, yet easy to communicate with. I shouldve contacted them sooner. Thank you

Worst lawyers and associates ever. This was the second time I had to file bankruptcy and it was the worst experience ever. They seem clueless.

I really hope this is the right Leinart, I see there are several. I spoke with Tara (same name as me, yes), who was going to handle my situation. And even though I ended up not needing the services after all, they still were prepared to help me file if I did need to. No other lawfirm I spoke with prior bothered to even keep in touch with me. While Leinart did. While for my situation, I'm grateful to not have needed to file, I was given peace of mind as a last resort if my other plans did not fall through. That peace of mind kept me sane while facing a lot of stress and anxiety. And I am forever grateful for it. Thank you Tara, I hope you see this. Edit; several months in after battling my mortgage company, we are finally in the safe zone, Leinart STILL checked in with me to ensure I didnt need to file. Forever grateful to know they care this much. Every other lawyer from different companies I spoke to prior, every one of them, never bothered to check in with me, and some even ignored me after our first conversation. Leinart was there like an angel waiting in case I needed them. Thank you again ♡♡

I am writing this review to share my experience with Leinart Law Firm, which ultimately led me to voluntarily withdraw my petition due to a complete loss of confidence in their representation. My experience was defined by several systemic issues: Lack of Financial Transparency: I experienced what I consider "bait and switch" pricing. After being quoted a specific fee, I discovered an additional $4,000 allocated to the firm in the filing paperwork that was never explicitly discussed or disclosed during our initial consultations. Administrative Inefficiency: The firm operates like an "assembly line" rather than a legal practice. There is no dedicated representative for cases, leading to redundant requests for the same paperwork and significant communication gaps. No one seems to speak to one another, resulting in a disorganized and frustrating process. Unresponsiveness: Self-identified points of contact were consistently unreachable/unresponsive. Emails and inquiries went ignored for weeks at a time (Amy Quintinilla), even when I was seeking help with payment arrangements that were unsustainable. Despite being told these arrangements could be adjusted, my requests for assistance were delayed or out right ignored, causing unnecessary financial hardship (Eddie Martinez). Failure to Provide Documentation: Despite repeated requests for copies of my own filed paperwork, the firm failed to provide the documents. Post-Withdrawal Issues: Since withdrawing my petition, the lack of internal communication has become even more apparent. I have been contacted repeatedly via text, email, and phone to refile—at times bordering on harassment—while my simultaneous requests for my digital files continue to be ignored. Final Verdict: I felt like a number in a "bankruptcy mill" rather than a client. If you are looking for personalized legal counsel, transparency, or basic professional responsiveness, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
