If I could give Lemon Law Pro 100 stars I would. Long story short I bought a car I thought was bulletproof. Not the case. After multiple times in the shop I found a “lemon law firm” online. They did absolutely nothing for me. I was able to get out of the contract and luckily found Kimberly and LaDawna at Lemon Law Pro. They went to work immediately and I am happy to say after several months (it’s a timely process) the manufacturer has settled with way more than I thought we’d ever see. Do yourself a favor if you have a true lemon. Go to Lemon Law Pro, they are local and know how to get it done.

The owner spent 30+ minutes with me by phone explaining detailed Lemon law and what I can expect from the auto manufacturer. Since a reasonable offer was already presented to me, the attorney did not believe her services were required. Whats interesting is she already knew she would not accept the referral but still spent time explaining why the offer was presented based on law. This advice was free! God forbid I have another Lemon but if I do, this is my first choice to represent my interest.

Words can not describe how thankful I am for Lemon Law Pro. I am a Sacramento local and just found them on Google, I didn't want to opt for a big time LA attorney, and I'm glad I didn't. Vince and his team fought a long and difficult battle for me in a lemon law case against a Motorcyle manufacturer and secured a settlement in my favor. Vince and his team were always available for questions and kept me informed throughout the case. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are facing vehicle issues that are not being adequately handled under normal warranty channels. I’m hoping I never have vehicle issues again that require an attorney, but if I do, I will be using Lemon Law Pro again.

I reached out to Lemon Law Pro regarding issues I’ve have had with my 2020 Range Rover Sport. I had filed a BBB AutoLine claim against Range Rover but was at a loss as to next steps, the Lemon Law process, how the laws worked and if the manufacturer’s settlement was fair. LaDawna was awesome! We feel fortunate to have found the very competent, responsive Lemon Law Pro office in Roseville to handle our Lemon Law case. It was disappointing, time consuming, and frustrating that our expensive ($50K), new (2019) minivan was a ‘lemon’ with an engine and transmission that never was reliable. We needed to replace it and its resale value was seriously compromised by the repair order history. We were also out-of-pocket for losses not covered by warranty. Selling the mini-van back to the manufacturer under terms of the California Lemon Law was the best option but we determined that option was best handled by a lawyer who specialized in lemon law. Big LA Lemon Law firms rushed us with a hard sell, some individual general law practitioners with no lemon law experience assured us they could help. None of those options felt comfortable. All of our transactions with them, except turning-in the minivan at a dealer, were conducted on-line, including transferring our records to them. Within five months from the date we signed the representation agreement they jumped through all the necessary legal hoops with no drama, to take the minivan off our hands, and get us a settlement large enough to purchase a new 2023 replacement that is entirely satisfactory. I high recommend Lemon Law Pro: Purchased a NEW 2021 Audi Q5 from Audi Rocklin (CA) within 1 week of purchase we had problems with the MMI Screen (Multi-Media Interface); then started having problems with the Key Fob, the car would NOT start even with the Key Fob in the emergency start position.
