Macy Nuckles was my divorce attorney, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable of the laws, honest about timelines, diligently works on filing timely motions, and ultimately a very fierce advocate. While divorce is messy and complicated and emotional, hiring Macy allowed to me to turn my brain off from dwelling too much on what was happening. I knew she had it covered and had my best interests in the forefront of her mind.

Despite listing "Business Law" under services provided here on their Google business page, they do not do business law. When I inquired about S Corp reorganization for my silver & gold company and was told that wasn't in their playbook, I very nicely explained that it was listed on Google. I then said "if you have two seconds, I'll tell you how you can fix it, it's actually really easy all you need to do is"... the receptionist interrupted me "No, she doesn't need anything we are fine" and hung up the phone on me. Rude. Ed: I have added a photo. It's on Google, on your Google Local listing under "Services Provided". As a result, I found you with the search term "Rogers Arkansas Business Attorney S Corp"... I have no desire to visit your website, I hope you are not paying an agency to manage one because that is so 2010 - nobody visits your site, they use Google and Avvo. I could set up a LinkTree and outperform your website for your own search terms in less than a month, but I digress. If your receptionist wasn't so rude, maybe you would know how to edit this page. It's silly simple. Figure it out and I will remove my review when I see it is done.

When I was looking for a divorce lawyer, I contacted a prominent lawyer who had helped our family with some matters in the past. He was not able to help due to a conflict of interest, but had a glowing recommendation. He told me to call Leslie Copeland. He described Leslie as being “A sweetheart, yet a bulldog in the courtroom”. Although our process did not involve court (mediation only), I can definitely see where his description of Leslie fit! She has become a trusted friend and I will forever be grateful for all of her hard work, awesome communication & wise leadership during the most difficult time of my entire life. I really had a great experience with Copeland Law & Mediation. Payton was a consummate professional and expertly guided me through a difficult legal process. She carefully listened first, then showed me how to best achieve my goals. She also showed me the best strategies and methods to move my divorce along which resulted in a fairly quick resolution. I always felt that my case was well in hand. Hopefully I will never need another divorce attorney, but if I do I'll call her first.

Kelsey was a fierce advocate for me during my divorce, kept me updated and tried to limit billing hours to keep my costs down. She was protective and proactive in getting everything settled fairly and promptly for me. Lisa (assistant) was lovely to work with and answered my questions promptly. I strongly advise against this law firm. They failed to perform their duties and instead took the side of the opposing party without ensuring the well-being of the children. Nearly a year and a half passed, and Macy visited the children only 2 times. Her decision was based solely on allegations made by the plaintiff. There was no proofs at all. Don’t recommend this firm the worst. All the care is about getting paid. Responding back: Thank god she was not representing me and my children. I witness your work, which it was the worst. Her ethics is terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND HER (Macy )

Macy was the worse experience that I had ever felt in my life she was assigned to represent my kiddos over custody she never did her job always believe the other party and took her side IMMEDIATELY SPOKE TO ME TWICE ONLY OVER A YEAR SHE NEVER RESPONDED MY SON'S EMAILS WHEN THEY WAS LOOKING FOR HER HELP AND NEVER DID HER. OR SPOKE TO MY CHILDREN TO SEEK FOR THE TRUTH AND GET THIS FOR HER IS NORMAL FOR ANOTHER MALE TO SLEEP WITH A 9 YEAR OLD GIRL THAT NO ONE KNOWS IN THIS CASE SO UNREALISTIC SO SAD HOW THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN NOW THIS DAY'S. RESPONDING BACK Macy lied in front of the court by not doing her job ON CHECKING ACCUSATIONS AND THE SCHOOL RESPOND BY TELL THE COURT THAT HER LAST 3 ACCUSATIONS WAS NOT TRUE IN FRONT OF HER FACE

Leslie Copeland and her assistant Lisa were Amazing! Honestly a great experience in the midst of my 33 year divorce. Both Leslie and Lisa were easy to work with. Lisa always so kind and eager to help. I had to.learn Google drive and acrobat. They walked me through all the steps! Resulting in a timely manner. Not having to go before the judge was a blessing. I highly recommend Leslie Copeland Law Firm. Another notable aspect. I was given money back after the case was closed! I've never had that happen before. Professional, of course, and VERY friendly. Quick replies whenever I had questions, and they were answered in ways it was easy to understand - not a lot of "legal-ese". Best part for me was when they hosted the mediation, they were able and willing (encouraging even) to help us press pause and take time to talk and reconcile.
