I hired Leticia Gonzalez in 2016 to handle my Social Security Disability.case. She handled my case swiftly and charged me a nominal fee. I highly recommend her firm.

Since July of this year we signed documents. I personally had to go to the social security office for my disability and we have yet to hear anything. We call and they don’t return our calls. I’ve had to do everything on my own and I am paralyzed on my dominant side. I have not spoken to the Leticia lady . Horrible services . How can I get out of contract? Can anyone let me know. Be aware do not go with this person. !!!!!

JJ did not listen to anything i was telling him put whatever information he wanted to on my ssdi application then wants me to sign off on it and commit a federal offense causing imprisonment and a fine for me dont use this law firm they really do not care about you or getting the correct information highly disappointed that these people have any capacity to actual practice any type of law shame on these people

I went in for disability first I had lots of issues concerns no communications .. I didn’t understand how all this works.. I was told over and over not to worry that they had it all figured out and ready .. at the end when I faced the judge Mr. Christopher Lee did what he had to he spoke out for me and I won my case .. thank you

“BE AWARE” This attorney she did not show up to court for my hearing and did not tell me she missed my court date in fact she told me we have a court date the next following month.I found out by curiosity to look up my case in the Texas District Court website which showed my case was closed. I contacted Leticia and asked her what’s going on? She advised me we have court next month. The next month came I did not hear from her. I contact court and paid for the case documents and was informed this case been closed. I went to her office and asked why did you misinformed me she answered and said her office moved and her office number was changed and did not receive the courts summons.She didn’t bother to inform the other attorney her new address and phone number neither did she update the courts. Funny thing is her email address is still the same. Laticia caused me to lose my case and she had me believing she’s working on my case. She dropped my case and did not inform me.

This law office helped me out tremendously and were with me every step of the way, answered all my questions and were available when I stopped by unexpectedly. They helped me get my disability that I was not able to get on my own. And I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Dissatisfied!!! I don't recommend it.

Don’t use this firm. Here’s why: - Chris refused to fill out the SS packets sent to their office - Said SS did not want answers from lawyers. - also stated 80% of applicants are denied and need to go to an appeal hearing. It takes about 3 yrs to get the hearing. - The max amount of $9200 would cover an appeal. We called the SS office and the person said while yes, they did want the applicant to answer the questions, but that the attorneys could simply do a phone interview and fill out the packets. When I called Chris and informed him the SS office would accept those answers .

I got my disability approved within 6 months. It got denied once, and a month later I received the great news. The staff there never dropped the ball or passed the buck to someone else. They were prompt with the paper work and were available to all of my questions with answers quickly. This was Jan. 2017, I'm sad to see all of the bad reviews. Maybe there's new staff. Now I'm concerned about referring anyone, but I did about a month ago and they seem to be getting the job done promptly like they did with me. (Update as of 4/7/25, I've referred 6 people & they all received thier disability within adequate time! ) Thanks!!

I was happy with Cris. When I delt with him, I got quick replies. My issue was with Sydd. He made contradicting statements constantly. Asked us to come sign paperwork but failed to tell us the office moved. Then, we'd have more missing paperwork after he assured us we were caught up. At one point I was told the ssi wasn't accepting faxes for days/ weeks/ months.... ok then why didn't you send in a hard copy too? It was a never ending cycle of not knowing where we stand or what i was supposed to do next. I had about a half dozen unanswered emails. I found it extremely unprofessional to not reply. I had to beg for follow ups and ultimately towards the end he made it my responsibility to call SSI for answers. Isn't that what we hired you for? My son eventually recieved his award letter , yet we are not receiving benefits on The days it stated. I inquired, Sydds official reply was basically " not my problem, figure it out"

Attorney Leticia González is beyond a great professional, she is a great human being, attentive, dedicated, devoted to her clients, and empathetic. SEEK REPRESENTATION ELSEWHERE: Both Leticia Gonzalez and Christopher Le Fail to Deliver Adequate Client Service. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from both the Law Offices Of Leticia Gonzalez and her partner, Christopher Le. As a client, I expected to be kept informed and guided throughout the legal process. However, I found myself filing my own reconsiderations and appeal hearings due to the office's lack of response to my requests. This experience led me to terminate my relationship with the firm. I had the misfortune of dealing with both partners, and I can attest that the communication was poor with both of them. I often felt neglected, and my concerns and questions were not addressed promptly, if at all. This lack of attention and responsiveness added unnecessary stress and confusion to an already challenging situation. Given the importance and complexity of legal matters, it is crucial to have a law firm that provides adequate support and guidance. Unfortunately, both Leticia Gonzalez and Christopher Le fell short of these expectations. I strongly advise potential clients to seek representation elsewhere, as the service provided by this firm does not meet the standards expected from a professional law firm. One-star rating reflects my overall experience with the firm and the decision to fire them due to their inadequate client service.
