Honestly can't say enough good things about this office. Quick to get me in for free advice. My husband and I met with Bill Gene very very nice man took about an hour and was will to stay longer for any questions we had about our insurance claim. He helped me understand the legal mumbo jumbo. He got me headed in the right direction we greatly appreciate him. I definitely would recommend him to anyone I know. Patrick at Leverty Law is second to none. I had been referred to Patrick by a long time friend about a home insurance settlement I was certain was not right. My roof blew off in one of our late winter storms this year and my insurance company (a top-5 insurance company in the US) not only didn't want to pay the full replacement cost but also said that replacing a roof didn't require enough expertise to pay the installer or contractor profit which was 15% below market rate. I for one, don't know the first thing about replacing or installing a roof, so it certainly requires more expertise than I've got. Patrick met with me, and we exchanged a few emails, and he settled the whole matter with a simple letter to my insurance company resulting in the full settlement payment in my favor. Patrick is level headed, knows this field and knows how to navigate it. If you have a concern about a matter with your insurance company, I can't recommend Patrick and Leverty Law enough.
