My experience with levin papantonio on my wrongful death lawsuit was amazing and Sincere. Rachel Gilmer was my attorney and Latisha Jones was my paralegal they both treated me like family and made me feel like they cared about me and my situation like it was their own. They guided me every step of the way and made sure that all my problems that arose and situations that came from the other side of the aisle was handled with detailed care and attention that I personally feel like most other law firms would have pushed to the side and left me to deal with them on my own. The process of my case took almost 3 years and all of the 3 years I was never not informed and all my calls and texts and emails where responded to with urgency. I could not have asked for a better team on my case and I feel like I have gained people who will forever be by my side if I ever need them again. I am so thankful for them both and levin papantonio as a whole. Thank you all for helping me in my darkest years and a wonderful resolution to my case.

Mr. Vigodsky came highly recommended by other firms in the panhandle and it is easy to see why. It between him and his wonderful assistant Jennifer, they were able to guide me through the entire process and made a difficult situation easier to handle. He was very realistic about the possible outcomes and fought to make sure I would be taken care of after my injury. If you want representation that will speak directly to you and an office staff that really cares, this is the law firm you should go with.

I had an injury, while working as an RN. I was told by the adjuster that I’d had this problem all along. Totally confused and not so sure I could continue to work, I was advised to call Brett Vgodsky. I was told he was the “best” and that he would help me. I made the phone call and met Brett and Debbie within 48 hours. The meeting was thorough and they informed me of everything that could happen and what to expect. I saw 3 different doctors, had several PT sessions and eventually was set up for surgery. Debbie was available to me with any questions I had. She would call just to “see how I was feeling or doing.” When I emailed her questions, she got back with me immediately. When I called the office, Debbie or Brett would either be available or would call me back immediately. I never felt alone in this. Their advice, expertise and compassion kept me going. After 16 months, I am healing, I have settled with insurance company, and starting to live again. I truly believe that without these two on my side, I wouldn’t be where I am today. If you have an injury, I, 100%, recommend Brett Vgodsky. This is a team I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Brett and Debbie. You have been amazing!

After falling at work and breaking my left shoulder, I was left with permanent 15 pound weight lift limit. That weight limit ended my life long career as a nurse. I needed legal assistance to help me look after my best interests. I ultimately chose the Levin-Papantonio law firm. That decision turned out to be the BEST decision I could have made! Mr. Brett Vigodsky and his paralegal Mrs. Debbie Bourne handled my case. The two of them treated me with both kindness and professionalism. They tasked me with applying for other jobs both in and out of my line of work, however my inability to lift greater than 15 pounds made me unemployable. Mr. Vigodsky and Mrs. Bourne did not drag out my case nor did they rush through the case. In the end they got me far more money than I expected. I pray that I never need a personal injury lawyer again, but if I do Levin- Papantonio and Brett Vigodsky will be my first call.

I have used this firm previously, I was satisfied then and I am satisfied now. I am familiar with many attorneys in the Pensacola and surrounding area. This firm is the best. The staff is professional and quite friendly. Nothing but the best in the business.

I would first like to say I was happy with the outcome of my CPAP claim. But here is the issue that no one there seems to care about. I guess they figure the claim is over so screw me. As a combat vet, my depression is already worse during the holidays and the last 2 and a half weeks dealing with these people has made it even worse. I bought a house in March of 2024. One of the first things I did was update my address with them. In the time between then and now(Today being December 20th), every mailed correspondence from them has been mailed to my old address to the point that they eventually have to send me an email to contact them. This has happened on several occasions and I have to tell them time and time again to update my address which they claim they did but sure enough it happens again. Now they settled my claim and supposedly on the 3rd of December they mailed my settlement check to me. Today is the 20th and I still haven't received it. Even the woman I talked to on the 19th thought is was unusual that I hadn't received it and everyone including her, claims it was mailed to my new address. But as I said before, the history of them screwing it up does not give me much hope. On top of that when I asked the woman I spoke to on the 19th if she could call bookkeeping, she said they don't have a line she can call them on and they only communicate through email. Does that make sense to anyone, that in 2025, a firm doesn't or can't communicate by phone with a department within their own company/firm? So they have either lied about mailing it on the 3rd and don't want to admit it or they mailed it to the wrong address. Again. Either way I have no confidence in them. When you offer hope and fail to follow through it only makes a reasonable person believe that you don't care. I only gave them two stars for settling my claim. They lost the three others with the BS over that last 17 days. UPDATE******************************************************* I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 because they reached out to me and it turned out my settlement was indeed mailed to my old address. The two people I talked to were very considerate, apologetic, and provided me with a very plausible reason for this happening. They did not shirk responsibility which was comforting and even chose to send my settlement by ACH which I'll receive in the next 12-36 hours. They didn't have to do that so I am very appreciative of their efforts to correct their mistake. I was always taught if you make a mistake, regardless of the consequences, you own it. They owned it and it makes me feel better about this law firm as a whole.

After an auto accident, I found myself in need of a professional to help me navigate the complex health and auto-insurance claims process. Attorney Brett Vigodsky and Case Manager Lamica Hayes handled my case and took care of all communications with the insurance companies and medical providers, ensuring that my medical bills were paid in full and that all parties received their funds quickly. The staff was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their diligence and support during what could have been a stressful time.

I am part of the CPAP settlement group for personal injuries. I received my distribution sheet, I was shocked that 48% of the settlement was going to lawyer fees and expenses, and I was only to receive 52% of the total settlement. I returned the sheet signed and after they received the signed paperwork, they called and said they had made an error or typo and that I needed to sign a new distribution sheet as quickly as possible in order to receive my settlement.. They directed me to a website I signed it very quickly and received my disbursement later that day. unfortunately, the disbursement was only for 24% of the total settlement leaving 28% of that unaccounted for and nobody informed me there would be any difference or any change to my settlement. Since I had already received the original distribution sheet, I had made plans and promises based on my legal practice is promise, not only promise but written promise. Now because of law firm Levin Papantonio my kid will be short Christmas and I'm going to feel like a terrible dad all because I was lied to and misled. your law firm made me a promise, in writing at that. You failed me and leave me feeling like a heel since I promised certain presents that I can no longer afford.

I can’t express enough how much I appreciate Rachel Gilmer and Caroline Hanna. They always took the time to really make sure my questions were answered without making me feel uncomfortable because I didn’t know how the process worked. I hope I’m never in a situation where I need them again, but if I do, they’ll be my first call. - Tracie P

Before I begin this review, I am hereby waiting attorney client privilege on my case as far as what may be required for this form to respond to this review. That said, here goes.... I was originally referred to them because they were handling a lawsuit for the Respironics CPAP class action lawsuit. For nearly a decade I was using a CPAP that was literally leaching poisons into my body through my lungs. For several years I was in and out of a hospital with breathing problems. I am now forever on oxygen while sleeping, and we'll live with permanent lung damage due to it. I can tell you that once I learned about this lawsuit and immediately switched to a new cpap, the majority of my continuous breathing problems ceased. In fact I had not been in the hospital since changing to a new CPAP in regards to breathing problems at all. When this firm took the case in the beginning, they hired a third party to obtain Medical records. This third party wanted me to provide them with login information to the portals to grab my medical records. For multiple records I was not able to provide a login but I did provide them with contact information to contact someone to get my medical records. I even offered to get the medical records myself but was told that wouldn't be possible as they could not accept medical records directly from me. I made it quite clear multiple times that there were going to be medical records that were going to be hard to get after so many years as I was told by a couple of providers. I was clearly informed by these providers that the full medical records would expire at some point and only brief transcripts would be available after that time. The third party company assured me they would be able to get these records and that they would be able to find all the records they needed. Well guess what they weren't and they didn't. In the end, turns out they didn't get all the medical records needed, and because of that, my payout would be extremely low compared to what others in my situation received. Fast forward to today. I got my check for a whopping $5,000. Apparently that's what my life and my lungs are worth. A couple of weeks ago when I was informed of how much my payout would be, I was told the reason for the lower payout was because they were not able to obtain medical records that would warrant a higher payment amount. So I guess in the end, my health for the rest of my life and my lungs are worth a whopping $5,000. That doesn't go very far to help pay even the copays and deductibles for all of the medical equipment and treatment that I will need for the rest of my life. I'm kind of surprised by all the positive reviews, because to be honest with you, they don't deserve it. If you're reading reviews before you decide to use them, please remember that in some class action lawsuits, there are more than one law firm who can take in your case. Do your homework, interview people from the law firms and choose wisely on who you decide to use. I only wish I had taken that advice years ago.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident about a year and a half ago. I was not at fault, and naively assumed the insurance carrier of the 18-wheeler that hit me would automatically compensate me for my totaled vehicle, incurred medical expenses, as well as my damaged and lost personal belongings. Unfortunately that was not the case! After months of back and forth, and what felt like being slow played and dragged along, I reluctantly decided that I should retain legal representation to assist me. Having fortunately never been involved in anything like this before, I asked around, did some research, and subsequently reached out to Attorney Rachael Gilmer at Levin-Papantonio in Pensacola, FL. I should have done so much sooner! Rachael immediately responded to my inquiry, and after hearing the details of my accident, fully explained the process and gave me confidence that I had a case. After agreeing to proceed with Levin-Papantonio as my legal representative, Rachael connected me with her case manager, Caroline Hanna. The two could not have been more helpful and professional! I was kept fully informed of the progress of my case, and in just a few months I received a settlement from the at fault trucker’s insurance carrier. I can’t help but wonder how far along I would be had I continued to slog through the hassle and frustrations of attempting to achieve satisfaction on my own. Fortunately I didn’t have to! If you’re wondering if you should reach out for legal assistance following an accident, reach out to Rachael Gilmer at Levin-Papantonio. You’ll be glad you did!

Brett Vigodsky, Esq.was a great help to me settling my worker's compensation case. One phone call to Brett and all issues were taken care of immediately. His paralegal, Debbie Bourne, was always very helpful. Together, they kept me abreast of all developments. Great communication. They were a pleasure to work with, professional and personable. I am so pleased and satified that they took my case. I appreciate them. Thank you.
