I would highly recommend Levin and Perconti for the wonderful job they did handling my decreased brother's case against the nursing home/rehab facility he was placed into from the hospital. After surviving multiple trauma due to getting hit by a car in a crosswalk he died on his road to recovery. The last time I saw my brother he walked outside with me to talk for a hour. This was due to Covid times of visits being limited in the facility. He was doing so well, and I was so grateful he survived this almost fatal accident. It was due to his great doctors and nurses in the hospital. Only for his live to end by the negligence of the nursing home staff. I spoke to him just minutes before the event that happened to him in the nursing home. As emotional as this was for me I had to do something so someone else would not lose their loved family member due to incompetent care. Nothing can ever bring my brother back but these situations need to be addressed and change needs to be initiated in order to better our nursing home care systems. Businesses do change for the better if it affects their bottom line of making money. They need to more accountable for quality care and not just the bottom line. We are talking about human lives. Daniel Goldfaden is an experienced and hard working lawyer. He always responded to my phone calls and emails with to the point honest answers. The hard and difficult work has to be done on both sides which is the client and the lawyer. As difficult as this process was for me I always felt supported by Mr. Goldfaden and his honest advice when I spoke with him. The other team members at the office including Jack Terran, Tess Ryan, Colleen Conti, and Salma Lopez have been nothing but professional and caring people.
