While I have not worked with the attorneys, Michelle is such an asset to this practice. She shows the utmost compassion, patience, and her customer service is top-notch! Anybody would be lucky to have the pleasure of speaking with her. This practice is fortunate to have somebody so caring on staff

Let me start by saying Levine helped me with a case back in 2023. I worked with Chad who was both thorough and communicative until my case was resolved. Having had such a positive experience, I immediately reached out to them after being involved in another accident. The intake experience was largely the same as in 2023 but in the nearly six months since opening my current case I’ve received little correspondence with a total of approximately two phone calls. The person I’m working with called to introduce herself at the beginning of the case and left a message. I returned the phone call was told she was busy and never received any follow up. I have submitted bills and receipts as they come in and have responded to all requests for additional documentation in a timely manner but have gotten little in return. They seem to always be waiting for records which have already been sent, or worse, never followed up on by the firm. I’m expected to play intermediary and when I explain that documentation has already been submitted I am told it must have been sent to the wrong email address (the same email address I’m using and the one they provided to the practitioner). I understand this is not a high-profile case for them. But once I became a client, at the very least, I expected it to be handled professionally.

Called Michael at 5:15 for the first time about my employer forcing me back to work while out on workers comp. He took the time to explain everything to me in that call. I got a call the next morning from the office and set everything in motion so my employer would not bully me anymore. Got me a fair settlement. Notably Claire was Awesome to deal with and always available when I needed to speak with her. Don't let her go Michael.

Extremely unprofessional paralegal. Laughing at somebody over the phone at their plight well you just make jokes is unprofessional disgusting and will not be tolerated. It was absolutely pathetic.

My husband got into a terrible accident being rear-ended at 50mph, while waiting for a driver to turn left into a parking lot. The driver was texting and driving. He ran into the back of my husband’s car so badly, it pushed him up into the next vehicle in front of him, waiting to turn into the parking lot. My husband had a concussion and a lot of damages done to his spine. Michael Levine fought for us and the office of Levine Law Group were incredible every step of the way. If I get in another accident, God forbid, I’m going straight back to them to handle all of my legal work.

As a diverse woman I would never suggest this law firm or use their services. Mr. Levine will allow his brother to disrespect you, because he is "having a bad day." He is EXTREMELY immature. Ex: his brother called my phone and when I answered he made a mockery of my name. He proceeded to laugh it off. Disturbing. This call also ended with him thinking he hung up the phone, however I stayed on the call. I heard him call me stupid and to another employee, because I corrected him. To say he is egotistical and disrespectful is no where near enough. When this conversation was bought to Michael Levine's attention he dismissed the issue and said "He's my brother. What do you want me to do about it?". No apology, he just immediately became defensive. I felt as though I were under attack for feeling offended by his brothers remarks. I guess I am just suppose to accept that they are racist?

Livne law group. Is truly a 5 star firm, They have always provided me weekly or biweekly information on my case. Unbiased and always provided me the needed information I was seeking as well as additional concerning information I needed to know but may be unaware of

Started claim December of 2021. Did all the doctor an chiropractor visits. Finished up that around early April 2022. Here it is January 2023 and still waiting for basically nothing after all the pay out too chiropractor and doctors. Very very very slow.

I highly recommend Levine Law Group. Everyone is very professional, communicative and efficient. Always striving to get the most for their clients, as they did for me.
