This may be an amazing firm, but I will never know since they have stood me up multiple times when stating they will call me to discuss my case. During my initial call (1/19) Mr. Levinson answered and stated someone would get back to me. He called the next day and said the other attorney Marissa would reach out to me regarding my case. Marissa scheduled a 1230 call with me that day (1/20), but never called me. I reached out again a few days later (1/22). Mr. Levinson answered the phone and then sent me Marissa's phone number to text and set up a phone call. I texted the number Mr. Levinson sent me and never received a response. I wish these attorneys would have just stated they weren't taking new clients or weren't interested in my case instead of wasting my time with dead end communications. Really disappointing after reading such great reviews.

I had sought out a defense attorney after being charged with a misdemeanor, criminal offense for the first time in my lifetime. Mr. Levinson caught my eye having had experience as a prosecutor and defense attorney. During and after my first meeting with him, I felt more relaxed and much less anxious. He was very upfront about the procedures, expectations, and no guaranteed outcome. He kept me appraised every step of the way in and out of court. When I first met with Mr. Levinson, I was prepared to plead guilty having no real excuse legally. The end result was much better than expected going in.

Outstanding Criminal Defense Representation I cannot recommend Aaron Levinson highly enough. I hired Aaron in September 2025 after being falsely accused of assault by an individual who was trespassing on one of my construction projects. I asked the individual to leave, he refused, and weeks later a police report was filed, leading to criminal charges against me.
