Vicki Levy was only going to revise my Trust . That was in 2009 - as of 2024, I am still awaiting my “ Trust “ to be completed. I paid her 5000K, and offered her a painting, from my collection, ( as she said I could have the painting back) . I was impressed with Vicki, for taking the time to come to my home to revise my “ Trust” - ( I was dealing with cancer at the time.) It was her Associate- “ Keith Hackenberg “ who is the WORST EXCUSE FOR A LAWYER!!! Or “ LYIER”’as most people feel about Lawyers !!! He was awful & I did NOT NEED HIM TO HELP ME W/ MY HOME. KEITH, CAUSED MY HOME TO GO INTO FORECLOSURE; BECAUSE HE NEVER SENT THE PAPERWORK ( 5 TIMES- I FILLED OUT THE SAME FORMS !!!! I HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TO SEE KEITH; As An ATTORNEY- HE IS WORTHLESS!!!!!!!! I would just appreciate my updated, “ Trust” from Vicki . That’s all I ask. Levy & Levy. Chad Levy and his assistant Jillian Phan performance terrible. Recieved a right to sue letter with the state of Florida and they did nothing but offered false hope and a loss of severance . Save your efforts . Complaint filed with florida bar Association

Jacki is one if not the best probate attorney that there is. She cares for her clients and treats everyone fairly. I highly recommend her. She is amazing.

This lawyer holds a trust for my children. She has changed the rules, and applied the trust to her own views and convictions despite the trust staing it can be used for housing, but she has denied please for help until they reach 25. She says the trust is for education only but I have a copy and it does say housing...Not sure what to do as I am a single older woman on disability that cannot afford to support her GROWN children both are over 18. Because Miss Eskins has applied her own "beliefs" to her practice. I've been dealing with miss eskins for years and I have never been treated politely or with any kind of respect. Yes I am a low income person. I have struggled for years taking care of four children with no. The trust was set up for the children to be cared for, It was actually re written for the children because their father was a dead beat dad, Allowing for the children to be cared for not to hold on to money until they're older. These children have gone without their whole lives. I have tried my best to give to them but I didn't have it to Give and miss eskins has been very judgmental of that fact. Holding out the money thinking that I would be putting it to my own use not the case , At all. I understand that there are people out there that would take advantage of their Children. But I am not one of those people. It is extremely frustrating and offensive to be treated as such.I would only recommend her if your privileged, with that attitude.

Last year my brother past away in an accident and did not leave a will. It was Good Friday and my wife was calling all the attorneys in the area and Vicki was the only one who answered the phone. She gave my wife a lot of great advice on things to do. After Easter Sunday we made an appointment to meet with Vicki and after that we decided to hire Levy & Associates to handle my brother’s probate case. By the end of the week we had letters of administration that allowed us access my brothers finances. They were extremely helpful in that difficult time.
