Lewis Disability Law

More than two years ago, I realized I needed to file a Social Security disability claim. I called Lewis Disability Law and spoke to Rob, who gave me step-by-step instructions as to what I needed to do to file for my Social Security retirement benefits and for disability. I had to take it from there and get the ball rolling, but every time I had a question, I would call the office and someone (usually Rob) would take the time to explain things to me. Please note, I had not paid them a dime. This was all based on the assumption that if I went to court, they would take my case. As soon as my request for disability was denied, I contacted Lewis Disability Law and they did take my case. From that point on, I had to do almost nothing. They handled the paperwork and took care of collecting information. When it was time for my hearing, Scott Lewis called and explained what would happen. The day of the hearing, he was there to represent me. I know it doesn’t happen every time, but I did win my case, and I believe it was because of the representation I received from Lewis Disability Law.

Edit ... Never got my SSI...yeah Going through lewis law right now trying to get my SSI. So far seems good. Will update my review as times goes by and according to if I get my SSI.

This law firm was so amazing not once but twice in help us get through the denials and all the different forms and so many different drs and paperwork that they had to go through and they didn’t get overwhelmed or anything. I've already been approved for disability and just had some general questions about the Continued Disability Review (CDR). He gave me some great tips over the phone. It was so kind of him to do that. That meant everything to me as I haven't been able to get Hankey Law on the phone to answer just some basic questions. Everyone on disability WILL undergo a CDR (review), usually every 3-6 years. After you win, make sure you keep up with going to all your drs visits and make sure your doctors are regularly documenting your symptoms and there severity in their notes. This is critical! Im still working with Lewis disability law and I've had an amazing experience so far. They are extremely thorough and professional. They have gone into great detail explaining the process and have also gone through great lengths to get me approved. Unfortunately I got a judge with a horrible approval rating but Scott hasn't given up. He explained the next steps that we will go through and explained what to expect in a worst case scenario if the appeals process doesn't go as we want. They will fight for you 100% and do everything possible to get you approved. They also will NOT give up if you get denied. I absolutely recommend hiring them
