Highly unprofessional business, borderline fraudulent and a scam. Had used their services for about 7+ months at $99/month. In that span of time 2-3 out of 23 things ever had ANYTHING done with. They use automated systems to do something you can’t do on Experian for $23 a month. Literally can self dispute with WAY BETTER results. Not only do they not their their job for the HIGH PRICE, but they charge you extras somehow? I sat on the text chat with support for over 30+ minutes connected with an agent who didn’t do anything for me and didn’t respond at all. I messaged to cancel my membership and they had the AUDACITY to say I owe them an extra $150??? They haven’t done a single thing like they said they do. This company is borderline fraudulent.

I’m so glad I cancelled my payment plan with them when I did as I will no longer do business with them after the recently settled lawsuit. You can’t have shady business practices and expect to not be called out for it. And when Lexington Law does get called out, they say that they follow all laws but then get a class action lawsuit & judgement against them for illegal telemarketing practices. Sounds like a real honest business to me (insert sarcasm). Avoid Lexington Law.

Seems like a scam. It’s been 2 months with no results, and I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone. The chat feature on the app doesn’t work, I sent 2 emails with no response, and you have to “schedule a call” with someone and the schedule is weeks out. I have never spoken to anyone from this company about how the process works, next steps or anything. The setup process is so confusing you would think someone would reach out to walk you through it. I am literally paying for absolutely nothing, and it’s expensive! Not worth it in my opinion, and by reading these comments it’s going to be a hassle trying to cancel. How awful for somebody in a tight spot, trying to do better and looking for help, that they come around and add more hassle.

My credit score was really really bad , they was able to remove about 6 collection and 2 charged off .they helped me alot I bought a house 2 years agos . I recommend

Scam! Scam! Scam! Haven’t had the services for more than a week and you have to call in to cancel which should have been a red flag. I cancelled because not one person from the company has contacted me regarding my account. I’m not paying $100 a month for no reason. I cancelled just for them to charge me the day of cancellation(February 20th) the full $100 when I was supposed to be billed on March 4th. How is that legal? I put a stop payment on this company and will dispute the charges with my bank because they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Little communication, expensive, charge a different amount every month. Not convenient to get a hold of anyone. Not easy to cancel and are still charging me even after cancelling.

I'm quite disappointed in the service. It is very expensive for what they offer and when you cancel, they still will charge you for another month. They already know you are going to cancel so they get around this and get an extra month out of you by saying the first bill (due at the beginning of their "work") is a "First Work Fee" which basically means you pay for work to be done that first month. However, if you cancel they apparently didn't do any work because they bill at the end of the month also. So keep in mind this means your first month literally costs twice what they tell you. I tried to cancel prior to my next billing, but you will pay another month no matter what.

Very disappointed in my experience. I paid for the best option they had, the premium option and in a year I have had zero negative things removed from my credit report. I know other people who have had great success but I cannot unfortunately say the same. I was really hoping they could help me remove some negative old things on my credit report but unfortunately I will just have to keep doing this myself
