Never could talk to a person after numerous attempts. Talked to another company they talked with had follow up calls very friendly I gave my business to them. Need people not chats on computer I am old school. Need to hear a voice

Very hard to work with and god forbid you try and cancel your account. Zero customer service and no phone number

Company is a pure scam. After I canceled, my account is still being charged and I can’t get in contact with customer service because if you cancel you can no longer get in contact with anyone especially in a timely manner, they make it impossible to contact anyone especially when you cancel. Robbery is what this company represents at the end of the day and hardly get anything removed or resolved.
Thanks for reaching out. We charge for the work we have done up until the cancellation date of your service. You will be charged for your final bill on your regular billing date the following month. They went bankrupt. Their parent company, credit dot com, violated labor laws and was charging illegal fees to consumers

Do not waste your time...ive used them back in 2018 when i didnt know very much about credit so i thought they did a fantastic job. But this go round was a waste you probably have better luck doing your credit repairs yourself. Waste of money.

I think we can all accept that big credit companies are a scam to say the least. I was introduced to Lexington Law by a colleague who was optimistic. Both of us didn't see desired progress. Infact, mine dropped which almost led to a beef between us. If not for the amazing guy we eventually hired who sincerely got the job done as promised within speculated time. Have been using Lexington law firm to clear up a small issue with credit two minor credit cards less than five hundred dallors in credit a long story short three yrs later no fix no consultation no emails no phone calls but they did take payments for a service that they didn’t provide for three yrs over 3,000 dallors for the last three yrs for no fix or service to credit and poor non response to clients to whom are paying them to do a payed service garbage and a rip off don’t give them your money to do anything they don’t stand behind services and will not refund your hard earned money when you request it back for none service …. Prepare to file litigation in courts on them for fraud !!!! The one star is only there for a buyer’s beware !!!!

They were awesome when I had the service but as soon as I no longer needed the service and cancelled my membership most of the negative items reappeared on my credit report two of which I was even sued for. They are great for a temporary fix but not so great for a true long term solution. You'd be better off contacting your debtors and making settlements or payment arrangements if you can. When you use this service you end up paying twice; you pay Lexington to for a short term solution then you still have to deal with the creditors after the negative items reappear on your credit report.

Using Lexington Law will cost you money but no result. A fast and efficient solution was from a credit hacker. His name is Blitz, I reached out to him on IG: @ 1andonlyblitz ..He did what this credit repair companies cannot do, he removed all the negatives in only weeks. Try him out.
