I ‘m so overwhelmed with gratitude for the privilege of being able to find this law firm and have them represent me. Lee, Gober and Reyna Law Firm (LGR) has got to be the best personal injury lawfirm not just in Texas, but I would say nationwide. Let me tell you why! I was involved in a car accident where I was in a stationary vehicle and got hit from behind. At first it seemed like it was just a fender bender because my vehicle wasn't very damaged and I was able to get out of my car no problem. The other guy's car was totaled. He was going pretty fast when he hit me, made sense. Plus I was driving an audi Q5, it has a pretty strong body compared to others. Anyway, that minor fender bender changed my life forever. Later that night I got home and basically collapsed on the floor and later went to the ER. It was not an accident where you see blood and gore. The real injuries showed up later. In summary I got a severe tbi, even though my head didn't hit anything the sheer force of the collision and me bracing myself caused a traumatic brain injury, along with herniating discs in my neck, upper and lower back and a severe hand injury. I would say the hardest of all my injuries was my traumatic brain injury. It affected my memory, my speech, my relationships and my business. It was/is a real struggle but Lee, Gober and Reyna were there for me, thanks to them I was able to see every doctor I wanted to, I was desperate and committed to finding a solution I must have seen over sixty different doctors and thirty therapists. I went to every specialist to help fix my issues. I got treatments for my brain, for my body and for my emotions. Some treatments doctors had not seen covered under our letter of protection, LGR fought to get us exactly what we needed. LGR supported every struggle every step of the way and were willing to fight for what we needed not just financially but with every single provider. Lee, Gober and Reyna worked with us and a third party firm to help us with some funding that kept us going through the last few years. In so doing helped us financially. I'll be honest none of it was easy but they came through for us every time. It was over three years of pain, treatment, loss in every sense of the word. Along with heartache and suffering, but we eventually came to a good settlement in our commercial vehicle personal injury case. Actually not just good, an unheard of good settlement. We got more than anyone in our type accident had ever got. Thanks to the magic of Josh. We are truly blessed and very grateful. The struggle in pain and brain still continues but we now have the means to start over and begin again. My automobile was totaled this summer when a driver drove his vehicle into it. Mr. Gober helped with both the other driver's insurance company and the GAP company that covered my car. Tray worked efficiently with aplomb to ensure I received all of the value to which I was entitled. We had an accident - someone rear ended us, hard, in stopped traffic. It was a low point in our lives and the involved insurances offered a tiny settlement that would’ve left us with a significant financial loss factoring the time, energy, and depreciation of what we lost. Joshua Harrison from the firm worked diligently to get us our due. He also hooked us up with various providers that were able to treat for the damages beyond just the immediate ER and primary doctor visits. We feel we were in good hands the whole way. Before finding this place, we did search for a few injury lawyers, and some were pushy, some were prideful. Josh was none of that. Just explained the facts, what he could do, and did it. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend if you happen to be in the wrong end of an accident. By the way, all injury lawyers take a portion of the settlement. I feel it’s worth it, because as an individual with no expertise in the matter, I would be unable to get anything close to what a professional can, even after the fees. Some firms could be unscrupulous, but Josh did us right. Lastly, learn from our experience - be sure to get underinsured / uninsured motorists coverage on your policy. Accidents are expensive, and you would appreciate the extra coverage a few dollars gives should you ever need it.

Josh assisted us with our case when I unexpectedly got hit. Trying to navigate what you need to do is overwhelming. Insurance, doctor appointments, providers, car seat replacements etc. The whole process took over half a year to get settled. I was in and out of appointments for 4 months. They made this whole process easy by taking everything into their hands. All I had to worry about was healing and getting better. Josh was very professional and caring throughout the whole process and constantly checked in & gave updates. His team was great and present in assisting him. After several years I'm happy to finally be able to leave this review for LG&B, and especially Josh Harrison who was the attorney on my cases. I had two cases, one simple MVA resulting in necessary chiropractic care, etc. that was already going on when I was hit but a driver at full speed in 2021, causing a mTBI that took over my life for years. The TBI was the worst thing that ever happened to me, but the indignity of having my injuries and reality questioned, as well as having so much trouble accessing care throughout the process absolutely compounded the trauma. Tray Gober, a business associate through BNI and my connection to LG&B, was instrumental in getting me access to providers and making sure I never went without, even when my personal health insurance was fighting me. There were several times he and his team made emergency calls and connections to make sure I wasn't left in pain and without resources. Even when LOA providers were insufficient in some way, the team was eager to hear and make arrangements for better care. Another part of the team, Joshua Harrison, was the attorney on my personal cases and all my questions were answered quickly, compassionately, and fully. I was able to fully understand both what was going on and what to prepare for - which was vital to my personal peace through the process.
