As a personal injury claims adjuster I work with plaintiff/claimant attorneys on a daily basis. When I received an attorney representation letter from Bizios Law and began working with Liana on this particular claim, I could tell right away that she was going to be an attorney that will be a pleasure to work with as her personality, demeanor and professionalism were bar none the best that I had ever experienced. During the course of the claim, unlike most attorneys that I have worked with, she was available at all times, either answering my phone calls on the first try or returning them within a couple hours. Once her office was ready to settle the claim, the demand package that I received was something that I had never seen before. One of my biggest pet peeves is when the claimant attorney expects me to make a fair offer for their clients when they have presented me with limited specials and piece meal medical records. The demand package that I received from Liana was like a chaptered book that spelled out her client’s treatments in the order that they were received, the amounts of the bills were laid out on a spread sheet and in the front was a lengthy, professional letter reiterating the facts of the loss, her client’s treatment and a very fair assessment of what they were looking for to resolve the claim. Needless to say, I was able to properly evaluate this demand package in a very reasonable amount of time and was able to successfully negotiate the claim with Liana fairly quickly. I would recommend anybody looking for a personal injury attorney to reach out to Bizios Law as they are the most diligent and professional office that I have ever dealt with.
