Arthur Liberty is someone that is always there for his clients. Years after my accident, he still gives me advice. In 2018 I was in a car accident on Sunset in Brentwood. Before I tell our story the bottom line is: If you're looking for an accident/injury-attorney, Arthur Liberty is your man hands down! Our Story: On October of 2020 we were involved in a 3-car accident in which we were sandwiched and hit from the rear by a Non-Insured/No-Drivers-License driver. We suffered from severe whiplash-injuries and on top of that our beloved chihuahua was catapulted inside the car and because of this injury he was paralyzed for almost 3 months from the waist down. In a Naive attempt to obtain justice since this was a major not-at-fault-accident (and hopefully our last), we called Larry H Parker. BIG MISTAKE!!! I repeat, DO NOT CALL Larry H Parker!!! They're the worst. The people on the other side of the phone are either paralegal secretaries or "claim-professionals" with car-salesmen skills who would lie to you saying, "you have a by-the-book case and they're experts to solve these types of accidents, big or small we will take care of you". Long story short, after wasting 3 months of our precious time in which they collected information about our accident, they sent us to one of their quack/shady chiropractors who did not take proper care of our injuries and by having a secretary being our only point of contact (no lawyers ever) who never calls you back or keeps you updated. In December they sent us a letter saying that they cannot "represent" us anymore without giving us any explanation why. We immediately start searching for a new local injury-attorney. Once we signed with Arthur it was a smooth sail from there. He constantly stays in touch with you via email and phone. Every step of the process he's always very clear about what is happening, what it means and his strategies in order to best represent you. We're very happy with the outcome of our case and the hard work Arthur put into it. Arthur Liberty is an excellent, knowledgeable and dedicated injury-attorney.
