This was the worst person I could have hired, at the beginning as one other person mentioned, he never really let me finish answering the questions and spoke over me making me feel like a victim. This man is so unprofessional and when I called to ask a question he went through the roof with me trying to get an answer from him, he just told me to cooperate with the paralegal and sign papers and we could move on, "this is not a sprint but a marathon" he quoted to me, I felt like such an idiot with just signing papers that were sent without an explanation or why I was agreeing to whatever he was proposing, this has made me feel I did something wrong and now I had a soon to be ex-wife to contend with but also my own attorney, needless to say we parted ways and I feel like he took advantage of me and kept $1500.00 he did not deserve, whatever you do, DON'T HIRE THIS GUY.

He was very nice during my initial visit for a simple divorce. But after he gots his retainer, he talked to me like I was a 2 years old. I thought it just me, because I've had MS for over 40 years. I asked my son to take over for me. He treated him the same way. Nobody deserves to be treated so bad. He appeared to be more concerned about my husband's welfare than mine. The judge actually made him rewrite the paperwork, which was slanted. I WOULD FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY!!!

Liberty Law really helped me out. Thomas G.,Donna , and Rose kept everything easy , streamlined, and were always available when I had questions. It was a very positive experience

Just got off the phone with Tom at this law firm. I don’t know if he is going through a divorce himself or something but he is so unprofessional. He was condescending and rude. He would ask me questions then talk over me while I’m trying to answer. I felt like I was being attacked and I was calling for legal help after being married to a man for 17 years that behaved just like this. 1 minute into the conversation and I was already almost in tears and shaking by the way he was talking down to me. People that are calling for legal assistant are already mostly likely going through the worst time in their lives. They don’t deserve to be treated this way along with everything else they are going through.

Mr. Thomas Gurrola is my attorney!! His team, Donna and Rose!! Let me tell you, if you want a crew that will not pull punches and tell you how it is, but will fight for your family, they are who you need!! Amazing, amazing people!! I can't speak on the verdict yet because we are waiting but I have full confidence in Tom. His team was always responsive be it through email or always answered the phone. Hiring them to fight for custody of my son was the greatest decision I made. Thank you guys so much!!! You have so much respect from my wife and I!! You gave it all you had and we appreciate that more then anything. If you want a legal team that brings results, here you go.. Thank you so much Tom!!!

What a waste of money. Considering Mr Gurrola‘s “bedside manners,” I figured I was hiring a bulldog to help me stand up to my aggressive ex and he ended up being all bark and no bite. Walked away with a worse deal than I was able to negotiate on my own, prior to hiring him. I wish I’d shopped around more or just represented myself at this point.

Tom, Rose and Donna done outstanding service. They was with you on ever step. They are great people.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tom and his staff. They completed everything they said they would and at the end of the day it all worked out in our favor. This is a attorneys office . He has a job to do. If you pay attention and do what your supposed to then all is well. He will tell you that when he speaks with you. Rose you are a wonderful person. You have always listened and help guide us in the right direction . Without this office and their payment plan we would have never been able to have proper representation. My son was granted 50/50 custody!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Very good attorney; he doesn’t play any games, he knows his stuff, and will walk you through the process. He’s very knowledgeable.

My experience was horrible i had spoke with an attorney here about my child custody case and informed him of the situation and told him about how my ex and her boyfriend were involved in numerous illegal activities and that they had multiple drug and theft arrest where my ex was a suspect and seen on video for one theft and the boyfriend had mutliple drug possession arrests as well including a methamphetamine arrest that there child was directly involved in along with a theft there child was directly involved in and he said ok great we can use those as evidence in the court , well as soon as i payed the 2k down i never heard a word out of him , so i had called back multiple times to speak with attorney and ask legal questions and for a legal opinion and advice on certain things involving the case the paralegal always had an excuse on why i can not speak with him and she asked me what my questions were so i stated them to her and she then began to form her own legal opinion and answer my questions all on her own and when i got upset because i didnt believe her opinion on the matter or there receptionist opinion she started screaming at me at the phone and then starting fire shots at me and then turn it all against me as if i was the bad guy even though she has no right to be giving legal advice or answering legal questions or forming her own opinion on the matter then she proceeded to tell me the arrest records can not be used ( again forming her own legal opinion) and when i simply stated that i spoke with a marion county detective , DCF , and another lawfirm amd they stated that i would be stupid not to use those arrest records in court as they are written in black and white and can not be denied by the other party she then yelled at me again then hung up the phone so i called back and fired her and asked for refund and to end the auto pay she then threatened to sue me if i did not coninue to pay her in full even though we never went to court nor did they provide me any services at all and never even filed any paperwork and instead of letting me speak to my attorney she wanted to act like she was my attorney , and as she stated she had over 20 years experience and she knew what she was talking about , i contacted the florida bar and another attorney and they agreed that by doing the things she was doing she was practing law without a license and i did the right thing by firing them and requesting for full refund that im entitled to as i was paying for an attorney not an unlicensed non attorneys legal advice and opinion, i certainly hope the attorneys read this and do the right thing and refund my money and they do some kind of displinary action against this lady for her illegal practice of law and explain to her why she can not do the things she was doing and have her refer there clients legal questions to the attorney and attorney only !!

Laywer is extremely rude. Called for a consultation, would not recommend anyone calling this place.

liberty law yes tom why after you've been paid 5000 dollars from a mother of three looking for child support after your firm said you will handle everything it's come down to one thing and you can't handle it ......after full payment he's done one shot that's it ....and he asked " do you really think he should support you ," he's on the wrong team not yours ....go somewhere else he's a women hater .....does not support children....

The whole team is absolutely wonderful, they helped me in my most desperate hour and I will forever be grateful. 10/10 would recommend
