I was hoping to receive some guidance and assistance for our loved one. Initially spoke to Shannon who was very kind and thorough. She told me she would have Holly call me back to go in more depth on services offered, cost and what would be advisable. I had to call back first, I was very excited to finally connect with Holly. I was surprised to have Holly be so short and very matter of fact with me. When I asked questions to see if Medicaid is the proper route to go, I was told you don’t want to commit Medicaid fraud which we would never even think of doing and that we would need to retain services before any additional information could be discussed. We are far from our loved one, worried about what to do next and was hoping to speak with someone who was understanding and caring, which was the complete opposite.

Very nice intro, but when I sent an email with personal information regarding my moms application there was no confirmation saying the received it. When I called the following day, after sending a follow up email asking that hey confirm they said they would have the attorney know my concerns and get back to me. It wasn't 15 minutes later they called back and said, " its not a good fit for his firm". Wow, not that they confirmed or not confirmed, they didn't like that I inquired about confidential information being sent, very disappointing.
