You ever randomly look someone up because you want to see how they’re doing because they made an impact and forever are stuck in your head? One of the best lawyers I have ever met. I first met Dustin when he practiced in the PD office(2015)for Hillsborough county and when I requested him, I didn’t know if he would accept but he did and everything he assured me came true as he had the arresting officers stuttering on the stand trying to come up with statements that were all false and in the end the judge even said this was one of the WORST cases brought forth. All of the other men in jail were asking me “is that a paid attorney?” Because even at the public defenders level, Mr. Wagner made sure just like he told me “will treat you as a family member.” I am so glad to see where Mr. Wagner is today.
