I just got off the phone with my attorney at ligori & ligori. The case is for my 10 year old son who was attacked by a dog. In his face in total 18 stitches. I would not recommend Ligori and Ligori. My experience with this firm was extremely disappointing from start to finish. After my car accident, my case was dragged out for months with almost no communication. I was constantly passed from one attorney to another, and no one ever seemed to know what was going on with my case. I never received proactive updates,I always had to call, and even then, answers were vague or nonexistent. The only time I got any information was when I reached out to someone I personally knew at the firm (who didn’t even work in personal injury). The attorneys actually handling my case never reached out to me directly. On top of that, I was pressured into getting unnecessary treatments right from the start, which caused me to miss work and waste both time and money. I was made to believe this would help maximize my settlement, but in the end, I barely received $2,000 back, while they received more. For a straightforward case, the process was aggravating, unprofessional, and poorly managed. If I had known how stressful and unhelpful this would be, I wouldn’t have bothered filing with them at all

Poor experience overall, staff is dismissive and quick to place blame. No accountability, would not recommend.
