Very unhappy with the outcome with my lawsuit loss of my little girl really feel like we were flushed under the table by the good old boy system in Polk county

Being a first time user of an attorney, I was impressed with the level of professionalism from the first phone call until the end of my claim. My initial phone call and meeting were with Investigator Mark Myers and the remainder of my contact was with Paralegal/Case Manager Michele Calloway. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Michele was very helpful in guiding me through the process and keeping me abreast of the progress with my case. While I was offered to meet directly with Attorney Kent Lilly, it was not necessary. I was pleased with the final outcome of the claim, and appreciated that the staff and Mr. Lilly were willing to handle the claim however I asked them to. Even after my claim was closed, Michele continued to work on my behalf to ensure I received all that was due to me from the Worker's Comp carrier. Kent Lilly's staff made this process stress free. I appreciate all they did on my behalf.
