Update after response from the owner: I met with Linda twice (first time unpaid, second time paid consultations) to deal with a crazy neighbor. She was super friendly the first time I met her, and I laid out what I was dealing, she provided me advice and let me know my legal rights in the situation.. 5 stars, for FREE. I then met with her a few months later because the crazy neighbor was escalating and I was threatening receiving letters from other Marshfield town square lawyers.. the second visit was not similar to the first at all. The vibe was more like a mother scolding her child. I was really hopeful after the first consultation that I would be able to bring Linda my new information and get to some sort of resolution but the vibe or friendliness was no longer there.. I ultimately went to a different lawyer in Lebanon and got my issue resolved. I will update my review to 3 stars out of Linda's willingness to hear my issue. She is a nice woman, very knowledgeable, but I for certain did not feel welcome or respected in my last encounter with her.

She said she's also a judge. Probably a decent judge but a terrible lawyer. She sees the law as inflexible. So, she won't win you any cases. She's on the prosecution's side. Rigid. Bring money or she won't listen.

I wouldn’t even give her one star but it’s not possible on a review. My daughter and dad used Linda to write my dad’s will. Paid I believe 700 dollars so my dad could leave my daughter in charge of his house and personal belongings and property when he passed because he had pancreatic cancer. After my dad passed away my daughter had buyers for his house but she found out that Linda had forgot to put his house in the will. House and property are now being sold at an auction this Tuesday because of incompetence by this attorney. What a waste of money they spent to use Linda. If you want a great attorney use Bob McGee in Springfield. How does an attorney forget to put a house in a will? Total incompetence! I really hope you see this edited review! I was not given second hand information, I was given facts! In my opinion I wouldn’t use any attorney in Marshfield! Crooked town and crooked attorneys! Like I said how do you forget to put a house being left to a dying man’s granddaughter but the property and personal belongings were in the will? My daughter had buyers for the house but because it wasn’t included in the will she couldn’t sell it. My father made his mortgage payments but unfortunately my daughter has a family of her own and couldn’t keep up the payments!

We've used Linda on a few occasions and have been happy with the results. We love her paralegal too!

I made an appointment for July 7, 2021 only to arrive and find a sign on the door saying sorry out of the office until the 12th. No one made any attempt to contact me.
