Steve was very helpful and spent a lot of time with both my father and myself on the phone, without costing us a cent, explaining PACE and elder law in easy to follow language. My brothers and I placed our mother in the nursing home, the social workers at the nursing home are great professionals dedicated to help the patient’s family, diligently applied to Medicaid on my mother’s behalf. I am not disclosing the names of the social workers to protect them. Medicaid denied our case twice with a generic reason. The social workers requested DCF to elaborate but unsuccessful.
