As a resident of Oklahoma, I needed guidance on navigating a divorce filed in El Paso. My consultation with Ms. Gonzalez exceeded my expectations. While I hope I never need an attorney again, I would not hesitate to seek Ms. Gonzalez's representation if the need arises.

They won't answer even the most basic questions unless you pay for a consultation. So I made an appointment for a consultation at 3:30, even though they refused to tell me if they can actually help me with my case. I show up 10 minutes early and pay $100 for a 30 minute consultation. The receptionist informs me that the attorney has stepped out and should be there shortly, so I sat down to wait. At 3:37 the receptionist tells me that my consultation has started as of 3:30 because she has another appointment at 4, even though the attorney is not there yet. I said no and I asked for my money back. They wanted me to pay for a 30 minute consultation but only give me 20 or maybe 15 minutes. I think that's just a very shady business practice by some money hungry attorney, and it shows a total lack of professionalism. I left and contacted a different firm which answered several of my questions over the phone and made me feel comfortable with hiring them
