I had an appointment scheduled and was totally blown off. No call backs. Not even after messages were left. Completely ghosted. So this is my 1 star rating for lack of professionalism and non responsiveness. I'd even say poor quality. I wanted to clarify that my appointment was April 15 of 2021 so we were already well into Covid. Responsibility is not solely on a then 1 year old pandemic. Somebody, or more than one somebody, slipped up. More than once.
