Steer clear!! Lisa and her team ran through my $7500 retainer prior to even entering the court room on a custody case. I was called at 5pm the night before court DEMANDING another 5k or else she wouldn’t show up to court in the morning. I asked for a receipt showing where my retainer went since they requested another lump sum within a month and was told “ you’ll get it “ “per the retainer agreement I can request additional funds” . I did pay the additional requested amount. The next morning Lisa didn’t even show up to court she sent Kristen who was ill prepared and spoke very little. They charged for many services they didn’t provide. My ex and I came up with a final order on consent and we submitted it notarized and all and Lisa refused to submit it to court and demanded another 3k to do so. I chose to have Lisa withdraw her representation at that point. Lisa then decided to charge another $1200 to submit a change of attorney form. I requested a packet on April 2nd and just now received it in the mail 4 months later with a threatening letter about suing me. This woman is a money grab !! Good luck !!!

I've had an incredibly complicated case stemming from the fact that the old adjudge is true. You get what you pay for. Hindsight, being 20/20. Had I employed Lisa's services From the beginning rather than having a public defender. All parties involved would have come to much faster resolution. I am extremely happy and thankful, I would highly recommend.

Lisa charged $350 for an hour consultation. She got on a brief call with us just informing us that she didn’t have the expertise for our case. So why did she even take the case? She never returned the payment either.

Lisa did it again! She helped me maintain the custody agreement, even when the other party lied, called CPS on me and my wife multiple times, and did everything possible to manipulate the case. Lisa not only protected my rights but genuinely cared about my daughter’s well-being. Her compassion and dedication went above and beyond what I expected. I wasn't the easiest client because, to me, this case was my world, but Lisa understood that and always gave it her all. She’s absolutely the best. When my wife and I needed a lawyer for our step-son’s custody, we wanted someone with an obvious love for children, as strong sense of community, and someone with a solid record of working within the system.
