The fact that this "company" is able to call themselves a business is nothing short of criminal. I reached out for help regarding the retrieval of my vehicle that had been burglarized while under the security of a storage facility and then forced out, leaving it vulnerable. I chose the Premium plan with LegalShield which is supposed to be like the gold standard package, covering things like assistance with simplified probate, notarization, and EXPANDED vehicle property damage collection. Amongst other things. All of which sounds reassuring but I received less than standard attention & service, with the only "action" taken being a typical letter to the opposing party. Something literally EVERYBODY does. I informed them in the beginning that the car was close to being auctioned so this matter was urgent. When I asked had the towing company or others involved been contacted I received a quick "Nope", & was told your membership doesn't cover that. My membership basically didn't cover effort. What I received in 1 month was 2 phone calls, (1 forced after I called for update) and no response to any texts but 1. When I spoke to the attorney he was very uniformed, withdrawn callous unconcerned & just flat out lazy. He told me "if it's gone it's nothing you can do, & it was probably rightfully impounded" instead of showing compassion or any fervor to challenge. He didnt know the current status because it didnt matter to him. He couldn't care less & they couldn't either & i felt that. I've had this car for 10 years! The fact that somebody potentially may have it for $10 dollars is infuriating! I don't own a lotta things in this world & it was something that I did. To be met with this cavalier lassiez-fare 'ehh whatever' demeanor from people who seem to be twiddling their thumbs talking about Jed paw & Annie Mae all day instead of being professionals, just pours salt on the wound. To call them a joke is an insult to comedians. PLEASE do yourselves a favor people and find financially conducive alternatives to your legal problems other than LR and LegalShield.
