I did a consult with Michael Littlejohn, after hesitantly paying for a consult. This was for an employee /employer dispute. He gave me instructions on initial steps and to call him back once first steps were taken. I completed these actions and reached back to him only for him to refuse my case and refuse to return my calls. I give him two stars because he gave me accurate information, but failed further service. Save yourself the headache and start with the EEOC and document everything. I felt lead on that he would assist me in a case. Almost every lawyer i spoke to wanted hundreds of dollars for a consult. In North Carolina you will find it hard to find an employment lawyer. Fortunately I was able to use Mitch Feldman in Florida, who represented me as a remote employee and he/we won a settlement. I would not bother with a consult from Michael Littlejohn.

I was referred to this firm by someone I knew. I can only assume they had a better experience than I did. Timeframes not met. Calls not answered. Emails not returned. Zoom meetings without the lawyer in attendance. Time and money wasted. It was overall a bad experience. I regret putting my trust in the wrong person/firm.

My experience with Attorney Littlejohn was a definite lifesaver. I was calling to make an appointment and wasn't expecting him to stop what he was doing to help me at the last minute, but he did. The consultation and recommendations helped me 100%. I would definitely use him again, just out of the mere concern, compassion and expertise showed in the field of law.

I paid $300 for a consultation. Littlejohn and I meet once and was supposed to meet once more. I missed the appointment due to a date mixup. I have called multiple times, left messages, spoke to Paralegals only to get told they would get back to me. I have emailed Littlejohn several times to inquire if he was able to further assist me or not and he has yet to respond to my emails. I asked if he could refer me to another attorney. Still no response. It is unethical to not return a future clients call. I would not refer this lawyer to anyone

I reached out about my civil rights cases almost a week ago if not longer and have yet to hear back from them, this is a sign they communicate poorly and could cost you your case, which will end up with a malpractice suit. Not a good look

He is too cocky and arrogant.And he did not keep his word when he said he was going to help and make sure that I had information and other things he did not. Make sure. You talk with him thoroughly.And you get things in writing.

Although the results of my case were not favorable. Attorney LittleJohn was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and straight forward. However, I am hopeful that he will find a way to bring justice to cases that are similar to mine. It's not fair that employers can mistreat and mishandle good employees and get away with it!

My experience with Michael littlejohn was horrible. Littlejohn was able to hear my story after being referred by McDonald law firm. I was told to pay and fill out $400 for a 75 min or so consultation. After the consultation I was given an assignment to email the exact proof showing I stated Human resources phrases that can initiate a retaliation case of discrimination. After some weeks of finding a new job ...I gave littlejohn the exact information needed and was denied service. I completely felt scammed in which he could have told me that he didn't want to do my case and just wanted my funds. His response was that my case would take too long as I even gave him the clear proof before leaving the office to later send by email. He was VERY impatient and not willing to help. I definitely felt scammed and was sent back to the EEOC as a reference to find better services by him knowing that I only had 90 days to find a lawyer. That $400 was the last of my money from the job in which I faced heavy discrimination and sexual harassment along with mistreatment. I was working at a job that had convicted felons who have no proper ethics. Do not go to Michael littlejohn..his discriminate with his client and will trick you into paying his fee to get nothing in return. I did not pay to be helped by listening ear. I wanted justice with all my proof ready and in order. He should have told me that he couldn't help before asking me to pay for his wasted time. #SCAMMER
