The most recent case was a major freeway accident where a member of my family rear-ended a new Lincoln Continental on the freeway. Both cars were totaled. Complaints of injuries. My first call was to Rich. He listened and worked with me from that call to case closure. I won't bore you with the details, but I will tell you the outcome. Family member retained their license, and they were assessed with no points (!!) and our insurance company amazingly did not have to pay anything to the driver my family member hit. I have to be honest, I didn't think it was a smart move to higher an attorney, I mean really to hand over some money that shoukd be mine.
