I was referred to Lloyd and associates by the courthouse for my son’s pending case/charges. After missing the initial consultation, I paid for the follow up consultation. The rep scheduled the appointment at a time the office is closed! Then, after I called several times and left a VM, the lawyer calls me 2hrs after to discuss details of the case. Disappointing, but not the worst - things happen. But everything goes downhill from there. I spoke w/Evan who after discussing the charges and case, offered me a price, and even ‘prayed’ for my son and the upcoming case. I call almost 2wks later to request the contract to retain him as my son’s attorney and got hung up on by Inga who was short talking me about what I needed. Then after I told her I’d rather not deal with her, she calls back 5mins later to say the owner and Evan decided not to take the case. How coincidental after your receptionist, Inga, was rude and hung up on me mid-sentence, without me being rude or ignorant in return, they immediately ‘decided not to take the case’. Would not recommend.

Fantastic legal team to work with! Andrew Lloyd's knowledge of family law and the legal process in Texas is unsurpassed, and he knows just how to present a case and interact both with the judge and opposing counsel. He is backed up by a great team, too, including Office Manager Inga and Legal Assistant Jennifer. Working with them was a smooth, rewarding and ultimately successful experience.
