Aaron helped me learn a lot about my case and whether or not I had a chance at getting it dismissed before I even met him in person. I am a very busy person so I didn’t want to wait to meet him in person to discuss my case like other lawyers I talked to wanted. I wanted answers now and all that I needed to bring for our first meeting to start the bankruptcy paperwork started, which went by very fast and he was thorough in breaking down what steps have happened and his experience in doing this type of legal work. I told him i didn’t have all the money to pay for his legal services all at once and he worked with my paycheck schedule because I did not have any savings and just started a new job that pays me once every two weeks. This was a major help to me because not having money and filing for chapter 7 and having to pay for all the legal fees upfront is sort of a catch 22, because you have to have money to file in the court saying that you don’t have money. I told him I prefer texting over e-mail or calls when he needed some answers or I wanted to let him know the status of my legal course I was required to do. I didn’t want to discuss my bankruptcy case out loud and have everyone hear me at work. He works fast and accommodates to your schedule and is available through text anytime you need an answer or had questions. I recommend him to anyone who wants transparency and expediency in getting their chapter 7 bankruptcy or any bankruptcy quickly and thoroughly filed. I recommend him for chapter 7 bankruptcy, chapter 13 bankruptcy, or if you just have questions about what you should do in your current financial status and whether it’s right for you - just make the call and ask him anything and he’ll have a genuine phone call with you. This experience has been hard for me, but it’s taught me to be more careful with money and how to prioritize my wants vs my needs.
