Absolutely do not retain this firm. PAY ATTENTION TO THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS. IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT REVIEWS THEY’VE HAD IN THE PAST! THE FIRST THING THAT I WANT TO SAY IS THAT THIS FIRM WAS FULLY-RETAINED AND DID NOT RESPOND TO A MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT FOR FORCLOSURE!!!! Meaning that the bank can take your house if there’s no response, it’s a default. They win.!!! They did not respond to this where they were fully hired to meet by me. THE SUMMARY JUDGMENT FOR FORCLOSURE, WAS FILED ON FEBRUARY 23, 2026. THEY WERE STILL RETAINED TO REPRESENT ME AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RESPOND TO THAT. AND WITH ABSOLUTELY ZERO NOTICE SO THAT I COULD RETAIN NEW COUNCIL AND THEY HAD A JUDGE TO ORDER THEM OFF OF PRESENTATION ON FEBRUARY 26, 2026! You can check my docket. The proof is there. Heather McManus. Thus leaving me, no time to get any type of representation prior to a very important mediation. And future trial….. They are completely unprofessional completely unreliable and they should be shut down. They always lie and say that you’re account isn’t paid up. I’ve read all the reviews. It is their go to the fact of the matter is they don’t really give any care in the world about what happens to your case as long as they’re taking your money every month and getting a huge retainer upfront. Save yourself the misery save yourself from losing your home. Do not retain them!!! Read all of the most recent reviews everywhere you can, despite the 400 reviews that they’ve had in the past, THEY ARE COMPLETELY WORTHLESS BECAUSE WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR THEM TO DO THE ACTUAL WORK, WHICH IS GO TO MEDIATION AND GO TO TRIAL FOR YOU THEY FIND A REASON TO DUMP YOUR CASE BECAUSE THEY’RE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT… Do your Research! I retained them Was told the name of my attorney and then heard absolutely NOTHING for almost 4 months. The only reason I did hear something is because I was DILIGENTLY trying to get a hold of them to find out what was going on with my case! I paid for every month of Zero communication I actually thought I had been scammed. Nobody would answer my emails, Answer my calls Or any of my Voicemails. NOTHING. Right there was red flag one they should’ve been fired, but they had Already asked for an extremely high retainer and a monthly payment. The knowing that their clients obviously are a financial disadvantage they can do whatever they want after they get that much money out of you. Their staff is completely incompetent. There is zero communication. They have a phone system that they can see your number as it comes up and they screen your calls. It seems their excuse removing themselves from cases is that it was LATE PAYMENTS! HOWEVER, IT’S OK FOR THEM TO COMPLETELY NOT HAVE AN ATTORNEY RESPOND TO YOU IN FOUR MONTHS! (In which I was not late, I was smart enough to get a ledger the prior month) MOST IMPORTANT, READ THE RETAINER THEY SET YOU UP SO THAT THEY CAN DROP YOU AT ANY TIME YOU HAVE A LATE PAYMENT !!!! And we all know that if anybody is in Forclosure, they’re having a hard time . Just know this if you’re being treated this way, and your case is being handled, this way, you can file a legal malpractice suit, make a bar complaint, and also make a consumer protections complaint as well. That retainer is a contract between the both of you and they work for you!!! DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED IF THEY TELL YOU THAT THE RETAINER SAYS THAT YOU CAN’T HAVE A LATE PAINT PAYMENT AFTER HANDLING YOUR CASE IN THAT MANNER. If they don’t uphold their end of that contract, then you can file A LEGAL MALPRACTICE SUIT AND DO IT!! That retainer, if not held up by that attorney, you can go out of the four corners of the contract. You can file a lawsuit.( I am not in Atty or giving legal advice.) However seek attorney immediately (You only have one year to file the case) You may or may not have a recourse do not Allow them to be neglectful and for the firm to be ran so discombobulated. The partners in the firm are responsible for that negligence. Do not pay them thousands of dollars and allow them to be unethical and negligent.

I am truly disappointed in the service that I have recieve and is recieving from this company. On my firsy inital contact, I was relieved and grateful because I was told how many years they had in the buisness and was promised that my case would be handle very professionally. The experience has been far from that! From paying a start of fee around $2000 and monthly charges of $795 going on 4 months, I havent gotten near what I was promised. I have emailed and called and have been promised to be contacted by those that are in charge. I was told by Corey that the money that I spent with them I should have used it toward my debts. When clients rely on professionals to handle there personal business, we entrust them to do what they was hired to do. While your firm may get results to most of it's clients, I have not been satisfied with the way I have been treated.

Thank you Alex for not responding to me very unprofessional, after calling and leaving a voice message . you were eager to take my money and make a lot of empty promises and never helped me, to get my situation resolved. you kept pushing me off to different associates who I had to continuously explain my situation why because they didn’t have a clue . You never had the decency to call or email me to let me know you would not continue my service I was told by a realtor that loan lawyer was no longer representing me I always had a feeling you were not working on my behalf even more so when you/your company try to take $534 off my account with no explanation and yes I did report as fraud because it was I’m so glad I caught it before you were able to steal from me a hard working person and yes I did report you to the better business bureau and Florida bar association . Your company owe me $3,500 because you never did anything for me but take my money. AND YES I’M PUTTING THIS ON ALL PLATFORMS SO THIS DONT HAPPEN TO OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO’S GOING THROUGH A ROUGH TIME IN THEIR LIFE!

Horrible service, they don't respond to emails or phone calls/messages for really urgent matters. Once you're a client, they shelf you. I was forced to hire another firm, and then these guys kept attempting to charge my credit card a month after having filed a motion to withdraw their services. Absolute nightmare of a law firm. I know law firms and this is a horrible one. Stay away Response to your Reply: Your response to the comment is also deceiving and dishonest. You are insinuating that you stopped responding because I stopped paying you? Not true. Your paralegal Alexander Jaime hung up on me while I was a paying client on Sept 18th 2025. After that date I was not able to get a call back from any paralegal or attorney. Then on September 30th, I hired other counsel and withdrew my case because of your lack of response. (And I resolved the case in 24 hours, shows your lack of competency). Then on October 3rd, you attempted an unauthorized charge, then again you attempted an unauthorized charge on November 4th. (No money was owed to you, all unauthorized charges). All while Chris from your office is apologizing on your behalf for your paralegal and attorney charging me unauthorized and failing to call me back. for 17 days. It took until Nov 4th for your team to apologize for the unauthorized charges. I have attached these emails to give an idea to the readers how you have attempted to lie about it as well and deflect responsibility. Law firms should be truthful and ethical, not deceitful and untruthful. Stay away!

UPDATE: The review I left was very accurate.. they are scamming people in desperate situations and refuse to refund despite no work being performed. This is a bait and switch lawyer. Signed up with them for helping with my mortgage loan modification.. 2 days after hiring them the mortgage company made us a deferral offer that was from my personal efforts over a 3 month period. I called and requested a refund and they refused.

Avoid Loan Lawyers LLC: A Frustrating, Costly Nightmare Loan Lawyers LLC, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, claims expertise in debt relief and foreclosure defense, but my experience was a masterclass in incompetence, deception, and unresolved overcharges. I’m out $750 from unauthorized charges, and despite months of effort, I’ve received no refund or accountability. Here’s why you should steer clear. In May 2025, I was overcharged $750 on May 7, May 11, and May 27—charges not in my contract. When I contacted Robbie, she dismissed it, saying she “couldn’t see the charge” and told me to dispute it with my bank. I did, but two weeks later, my bank ruled against me because Loan Lawyers provided “proof” the charge was valid. Proof? It wasn’t in my agreement. Frustrated, I called daily for 10 business days. Finally, another woman (whose name I forget) called back, saying Robbie was fired and she’d handle my case. We spoke daily for a week until she texted me on a Monday, revealing she was fired too, and I was back to Robbie. This employee turnover was maddening—no continuity, no accountability. When I reached Robbie again, her story changed. Now she said the disputed charge was legitimate but couldn’t see the May 7 charge, despite acknowledging it initially. She advised another dispute, which failed when Loan Lawyers again claimed the charge was valid. Exasperated, I got Robbie on a call with my bank. They exchanged transaction IDs and Visa details, confirming the charge. Then, Robbie transferred me to Chris, who seemed senior. He promised to help but delivered nothing. For a month, I called every other day—often daily—and emailed relentlessly. Chris stopped responding entirely, leaving me with no answers and no refund. Yes, they got my case dismissed, but $750 in overcharges overshadows that. I’m now exploring legal action against them, which is ironic for a law firm. This ordeal has been infuriating, stressful, and financially draining. Loan Lawyers LLC’s constant runaround, contradictory claims, and lack of follow-through make them unreliable. If you’re seeking debt relief or foreclosure help, look elsewhere. I hope management or the owners see this and make it right, but I’m not optimistic. Save yourself the headache—avoid Loan Lawyers LLC at all costs.
