After I refused to settle my case early, both him and his paralegal were very short with me. I believe his involvement was actually detrimental to my case, and will be filing a complaint with the Bar Association and the Attorney General. Avoid Stacey Lobaugh. Lobaugh refuses to send itemized billing. Paralegals are clueless.

Where's the attorney ever write a quit letter faster than he can return your phone calls? And he rather have other attorneys to him do His job more than him do I had to go off and get another attorney because he was more for the money than more for getting me. He is trying to leave me paralyzed to where I cannot do anything rest of my life. Do not go to this attorney. You'd be better off funning somebody else.

Been dealing with him. For a year and a 1/2, I have major damage done to my leg. Wanna go back to a Doctor gets mad. Because you want to go back to a Doctor gets mad. Because you want to go to a court gets mad. Because you know that you are going to get more money than what he is asking for when you get hit by a certain. Truck by law. It is considered a big rig and he only wants to fight for the lowest amount that you can yet do not go to these people. The worst attorneys ever, they should never have their license. I am having my son quit them for the simple reason of it is. He quit me because. I want to go back to a Doctor and get stuff. To a Doctor until the case is closed if. The case is not closed. You have. All the opportunities to go back to a Doctor he does not want People. Worst experience of my life! He wouldn't return my calls , wouldn't return calls from others involved in the case. I got a terrible percentage of the settlement. DONT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR CASE PLEASE!!!
