Loncar Lyon Jenkins, Injury Accident Lawyers - Odessa

This has been the worst process ever. The beginning was great they were always available to answer questions and always reaching out to keep me updated and informed. It changed maybe 6 months in. It’s been about 2 1/2 years since the accident and I can’t seem to get an update. They either send me to different voicemails or tell me they are not in, they will call me back. I honestly do not even know who’s in charge of my case. The last guy retired and now I can’t seem to get anyone who knows anything on the phone.

I wish I did more research and hired someone else. They don't fight for you. They actually discouraged you. I lost all confidence in them when the lady in charge of my case wouldn't even contact me back. They truly don't care and will make more money than you even thou u where the one in the accident and have the injury

Worst experience in our life. They did fight for limits… but they took most of it. And my husband is still hurting and in pain. I had to call every week for updates. It took 2 years to get Pennie’s. How these companies stay in business is beyond me! Don’t walk RUN…

They get you as their clients then leave you hanging... they don't answer their phone, will not respond to text. Then if for some reason like your transportation goes down and you miss a couple of appointments (while waiting for your vehicle to be repaired) they close your case without your consent. Find someone else.
