Loncar Lyon Jenkins

I worked with the Tyler branch since beginning of 2023 after a wreck in 2022. I worked first with Jeff Brown who listened to me well and really advocated for me. After my case got dragged out due to situations out of their control, I eventually ended up with Calvin out of Houston as my lawyer, he went above and beyond also- answering my many questions in a way I could understand. Was very encouraging and kind! And Jules was my paralegal throughout and would always answer my emails promptly and was the person I saw and spoke to the most. She really is an amazing and considerate part of the Tyler branch and does so much of the behind the scenes work. I highly recommend them- and as much as I never want to have to hire them again I definitely would in the future if need be. They did great working together on my case and held their end very well and after 3 years I would say I know them and their characters very well! Plus, they came through with every thing they said they would. Thank you, Jeff, Calvin, and Jules!!!

I've been working with this law firm for a year regarding a settlement. No one is taking my calls or calling me back regarding my case for almost 2 weeks. But when I ask what's taking so long, I was told that the insurance company needs to come with more money. Everytime I call I'm being told different stories. This is frustrating
