Lack of concern and very disappointing; wish I had chosen a different firm.

I was in an accident where person ran into me. I did t know what to do, filled out a request to speak to someone with Ted since he said he’s on top of it. Couple minutes later young man called and was cool and respectful so I talked to him. He then connected me with Ms. Nina and she took over telling me what the next steps were and following up with me weekly with any updates or just to call and check in. It made me feel like I mattered to her knowing she has tons of other clients but when we spoke I was the only one that mattered, Preciate her. I haven’t closed out my claim yet however I wanted to make sure she got recognized as amazing team member and I look forward to the end…., being in an accident sucks

I had a case that was absolutely 100% Somebody else’s fault and they lost a case. All they are is a glorified ambulance. Chaser wouldn’t trust him with anything. Don’t take the chance.

Do not use this law office. They were horrible. I was tossed around between multiple attorneys. My case was reassigned from my first assigned attorney to another attorney, who left the company, then I was passed on to another attorney who was actually competent, but wasn't assigned to manage settlements, then a final attorney who did not read any of the medical documents I had authorized access to for review to utilize in advocating for me, my injury, and the impact of the car accident on my life. During one of our meetings with a settlement moderator he was reading the evidence of injury for the first time, what my job as an occupational therapist entailed (lifting people, etc), and didn't think twice about showing me how unprepared he was. He was more focused on the cheeseburger he was planning to order for lunch after the meeting, and telling me about his most recent tropical SCUBA diving trip. I was urging him to prepare, came ready with all documentation needed and he still didn't prep anything. I attempted to advocate for myself as he was quiet and the mediator was quite aggressive with me, and of course was unsuccessful because I am a healthcare professional and not a lawyer. This company and attorneys were completely unprepared, and did not advocate for me. They wanted the base settlement from the insurance company, so they wouldn't need to put any work in other than requesting documents from my healthcare providers that weren't even reviewed by my lawyer. Exceptionally disappointing. Please trust me and do not work with this company. Don't let them take advantage of your already stressful situation.
